This is hard to apply, but so worth it!

Hair dryer worked fine, alignment was easy, just very time consuming and nerve-racking, but yay sucess!

These are from Ghostly Guard. I made the carbon fiber track pad covers because I didn't like the red.

3D printing my dock and grip in black now, because I need the contrast.

Finnaly got it to run nicely on my galaxy tab s9, very happy about this!

Tried on my phone too but exynos does not like winlator much.

Works but slow on my phone.

For my device turnip renderer and wine sync are disabled, on ephinea launcher set graphics to that low mode, disable motion blur, so far the Vulcan render or DX 11 feel the fastest to me.

After you log in before going to the character screen you need to end the services process, or the game will freeze or give you a server is full message.

Warning, horizontal Settings can affect the fit, depending on your printer, please be careful with that, there's 4 files with different gaps, none, 0.2mm, 0.4mm and 0.6mm.

Like all my mods, I prefer non-destructive methods, anything that avoids voiding the warranty. I think it makes them much more accessible and easier for anyone to do.

I'm currently working on this second prototype. It still needs some work, but I'd love to get your feedback! Overall, it feels great in hand. I'm relying on strong double-sided tape to attach it directly over the D-pad.

I had quite a few failed prints before finally getting a viable one, so I still need to tweak the 3D files. I've also added small channels to guide the tape, which helps everything stick securely.

Right now, I'm stress-testing it to see if it holds up over time or eventually comes loose.

I also plan on making something that sits more flush (within possibility) although the raised d-pad feels good already (to me).

Note: This prints in two parts that get glued together to ensure a nice, clean surface finish.

Tested the controller on my cable guys holders (sonic, shadow, modern sonic, knuckles and tails, they work nice.

Design Overview

• Type: Snap-on cap
• Print Orientation: Flat on the print bed (no supports needed).
• Material: PLA works fine, if placing inside your desktop because of the heat maybe PETG and similar would work better. (because PLA warps a bit with heat)

Adds support and comfort to primary touchpad use, everything is still reachable, everything works, gripsense works flawlessly, and back buttons are fully accessible (see pics) 

🔧 Assembly & Printing

• 3-Part Design: The grip is split into 3 parts (with dedicated alignment pegs) to ensure a perfectly smooth surface finish and easy printing without so many supports.
• Assembly: Simply insert the pegs to align the parts and use a small drop of superglue to secure them together.

🎮 Fitting Guide

• Snug Fit: Just slide the assembled grip onto your controller. Printed in PLA, the material provides enough springiness to snap and stay firmly in place.
• Optional Security: If you want an rock-solid feel without using harsh adhesives on your controller, a tiny bit of Blu-Tack on the bridge works perfectly (though the friction fit was enough for me!).
