This dock is inspired by the iconic HEV suit from Half-Life. The controller puck slides smoothly into place and stays secure, even when removing the controller, just like my previous dock designs.

Uses less material and prints fast , around 3 hours on Bambu printers and similar setups.
You can print your logo separately using AMS, filament swapping wizardry, or just paint it in afterward (like I did on mine). The logo areas were designed to be easy to fill with paint.
I’ll be adding additional logos upon request, keep it simple.

I've been playing around with the official mappings and it feels pretty good so far, using the joystick for melee and the touchpad for aiming.
How have you guys been adapting to the new controller setup? Any cool hybrid playstyle ideas?
I made my designs free for the community, and people are already modifying them and selling them on Etsy for profit, which breaches the standard license I use on MakerWorld. I’ve already contacted and reported them.
At this point, I’m wondering if I should stop making my work free altogether.

I've come to an agreement with the Etsy person, they will give credit to the design and try to keep the price reasonable.
Puck peg protector to help prevent unwanted shorts in case something metallic comes into contact with the contacts.
Hopefully this helps the community feel a bit less anxious about it. I designed it to be compatible with several different docks, while still relying on the original cable for the connection.
I also added optional magnet placements in case you want to install magnets. You can use a small piece of filament to secure the parts together.
The magnets I used are approximately 6 mm in diameter and 1.7 mm thick.

Another dock I’ve been working on, this one needs to be printed in 3 separate parts: the base, the companion cube and the controller holder. A bit of glue is recommended for assembly.
Plain STL files and a colored Bambu Studio project file are included.
Hope you guys enjoy it! This is V1, but it inherits a lot from my first dock, including the V3 fittings.

This is a dock I’ve been working on since the 2026 CAD release for the Steam Controller. It might still need a few fine adjustments, but overall it should work properly. Feel free to test it out, and if you do, please give me some feedback and share your print!

The puck fits into the slot behind the controller and should stay securely in place unless you slide it off intentionally. The back also has a cable guide, although it may not fit all cables depending on their thickness.

This is a V1 version, that i will be fine-tuning after the real thing arrives, so a v2 is likely to happen, i'm also working on a Portal 2 themed dock (different multi part design)
