Anyone else get physically weary of putting on the headset to dev?

It's very odd, but after doing 20-60 iterations a day where I'm flipping the headset on/off, my head and body become physically depleted
Like I wake up the next day and my body hurts a bit, and don't want to put on the headset again (but push ultimately through it)

It's just very unique because you don't become physically depleted from traditional flat screen dev...
So in my producer mind, I'm thinking I need to make progress and develop features, but my head/neck is so physically strained that I'm thinking about taking the day off, or going slow, leading to less work, features, etc.
Even though my mind is in good shape

Just wondering if others are experiencing the same
Not sure if there's a solution for it

(Been using Quest 3 for ~2 years on a single project atm)

Just finished implementing our new creepy sci-fi soundscape - What do you think?

Hey y'all, been working really hard on converting a lot of our temporary sounds into more official ones (enemies, cameras, ambience, doors)

We think we are building a really dope soundscape, so thought we'd share it with you!

What do you think? 😀
