Bologna meals

Street taco size flour tortilla, piece of real cheese and cut up Bar S bologna...

Added GV hot sauce.

Sometimes full meal, sometimes a late night snack.

Make and freeze, another high protein snack on small street size flour tortilla is peanut butter and honey.

Being pre diabetic, my aunt died of gangrene related to diabetes. Have no clue why I'm prediabetic as under weight. But careful what I eat.

Random few bites, freeze and use to make a meal.

Its awful looking, but spinach is had left over to 2 crust less quiche...that spinach quiche was like 16 meals.

I freeze bites left, think 2 Tablespoons refried beans, limp red pepper remnant and onion.

Did add fresh beaten egg to this mess for my meal today. Tons of dill and black pepper.

Its heaven after swallowing small pieces of liver last night.

It ain't pretty, but please save and freeze your last few bites if full. It can make a full meal.

Im 5'4", weight 121, but blood work shows prediabetic....nope, be freezing my extra bites to make a meal....eat healthy.

Before after photos, its DANG tasty.

Chunk of bread marked down and .55 taco sauce on clearance. DELISH!!

My super vile liver still simmering so my meal today...awaiting vile liver to finish cooking.

Huge chunk of marked down bread, the .55 cent taco seasoning bottle from Walmart and heaps of black pepper.

Black pepper takes to correct level of heat on clearance mild GV taco sauce.

The marked down GV taco sauce mild is super yummy flavor bomb tasty but has zero heat kick..

So padded it with heavy black pepper from DT...

This divine. .

Nissan Cup of Noodle - limited edition.

Blew $1.16 on this limited edition, can and do cook for cheaper.

This was so worth it!! My ONLY meal today. Took street taco size flour tortilla and pushed into broth. Like best taste ever.

Broth different ...its thicker. Bold blazing heats up after several bites.

Grabbed Kansas City BBQ first...went back and forth, as knew be my meal today.

Texas BBQ....as found at Walmart is epic. Like stuffing noodles into small street taco shell.

Flavor bomb.

Trying KC BBQ next.

Insane yummy humble only meal today.

HUGE SCORE...Spam for $1.00 a can!!

Never even heard of this flavor, thinking I open, slice and make freezer bags. Make multiple meals with protein meat source.

This obviously gonna be a struggle meal, thinking with a scrambled egg??

Maybe this flavor sucks, why on clearance, but so so cheap meat source, pretty much no brainer.

Maybe with beans?

What to add to ...

Trying to get my arms around a "future struggle meal"...was in tears watching a 84+ year old.

Know ive posted what be ultra luxury meals.... after what I encountered at end cap. .Walmart clearance at back of store.

Not Sprite, talked to him several minutes as he was grabbing marked down, now 50 cent cans of cat food. Not the small cans either, this was an epic bargain cuz 13 ounces.

Now heard where ultra desperate buy canned cat food to eat, homeless do quite a bit, just never encountered some personally doing. It was most heart breaking in my life.

This nearly 90 year old asked me to help to put all in his cart...I did. Though I'm super humble...I did offer to pay for all discounted cans. It goes without saying that I told him bout food banks, churches, EBT and just anything so I knew not gonna be eating this canned cat food.. Was gutted, as he went stubborn and said not my business what he eats.

Here pic of can...he missed a can and I so bought!! IDK...im thinking bout walking in his shoes....trying

Heart breaking....this really happened....its so terrible how our aging having to live.

Amazon Vine!!

My estranged spouse, after years of reviews was finally asked/got into VINE.

nearly disgusted, as said so many samples/items incoming NOW...cant test/review so puts in dumpster.

My estranged spouse takes to dumpster...literally NON TESTED...its like $500 a week....daily mind you of incoming packages ...too busy to keep up with...so disgusted.

This is everything wrong...proud My estranged spouse made it to Amazon VINE....really am...so earned for years of years of legit reviews....

But everything wrong, not legit REAL reviews NOW, as the rest of us get suckered into BUYING cheap crap ...

Im not okay with Amazon VINE....if my estranged spouse sends directly to dumpster....untested....

How the heck we get TRUE reviews from Amazon??????

Feeling bit disgusted on supposed reviews... on legit reviews....yes...im doing my best to get my estranged spouse handle to share.....no ill will....we just 2 very non same birds...

So we been fed "chit" for years?? On Amazon reviews.

Of course we have..

Buckwheat, my brother sent me several packages.

Super blessed he sent me Buckwheat, just insane uses, the nutrients is over the top, far better than rice.

This huge pick me up to my humble food budget, I cooked a pot same day and tried with just heavy black pepper and few dashes of soy sauce. Was so tasty.

Cooked in instapot he sent me for xmas 2 years ago. Dish so dang yummy, I did 2nd batch set on porridge for breakfast. Don't usually eat breakfast, put protein, low diabetic, high nutritional value, may change my eating style last 40 years.

It ain't cheap....I researched tons, but nutrient values insane. God Bless Him sending me epic yummy AMAZING care package..

Will sure help my humble food budget.

Buckwheat....who knew??...im calling it...

A SUPER FOOD

Bargains - Marked down canned foods because dented cans.

Admit, I check clearance and have bought several times, but is it safe to consume?

Example be super tasty Rotel tomatoes with green Chile, various heat levels, no rust, expiration date still good, just dented can.

Yes, frugal, but safe to consume dented cans?

Serious question.

In Japan ...they literally tell you how to make noodles during a horrific weather event.

Think cup of noodle or package of ramen...add water and let set. After few hours noodles soft, add spice seasoning packet.

How to cook without electricity ..

Enjoy!!!
