Can you tell if you can pass a speech/charisma etc check in [KCD2]?

I'm early in the game and it's a bit of a shock coming from the first game. I seem to fail most every skill check I try. I'm like 11/12 speech, 12/13 charisma. I only try those and constantly fail vs mere peasants.

My Henry is more dumb in troskowitz and semine than he was in Talmburg and Rattay a few months ago when he fled skalitz and was just a peasant himself.

Now he has a sexy hat with feathers and everything. I don't care if he fell 20-55 ft, he's at 100% health now and he can't help but insult everyone anytime I talk... I literally didn't mean to choose such options and he just walks us off the deep end with an insult train. The mission with the cumans hurt my soul.

Is there a way to check if I can pass a skill check in the 2nd game with the person I'm speaking with like in the 1st? I.e. see their certain skill levels vs mine to see if mine is higher so I can own his/her/they ass?

What are your independent takes on this?

Interested to learn how non brainwashed people feel about this and what's going on with heavily indoctrinated minority on both sides of the aisle. Has the LGBTQ+ movement failed and strayed from the goals it originally had? Is it mental illness or is it how people should be able to express themselves?

I thought I completed all the side quests in the game. I was very wrong! [KCD1].

I was at the main quest where I saved Timmy and dealing with the fallout of neuhof. I decided to get my skills up by completing every available side mission before going further in the storyline. 2 real weeks later and I was ready to go back to the main story after thinking I finally beat every side mission in the game.

So I completed the next mission poisoning/arsoning the camps, then I went and beat the bandit camp and cuman camp and now I have side quests popping up after beating only 2 more storyline missions.

I just spent 3 hours saving some dude named Hare from some sociopath's false allegations. And the beautiful thing about that mission is the entire time all the gossip is about how amazing and mysterious hare is and how sketchy the villain and his wife start to look after all the facts are laid on the table and after interviewing them. Just by paying attention and following my gut i knew something was weird with them that I was led to sir pubic Hares side.

How is this game so good? Why is this side mission better than any main mission I've played in any other game??? How is this game so detailed and so long? I know every inch of talmberg by now I could give you directions if tommy the bath boy blindfolded me, when before the side quest the town felt completely empty and meaningless.

That was literally one of the best quests I've played ever, and it's a SIDE MISSION that you can easily miss. There are some great quests like with the father Godwin and in the baths with sir hans. And I think these are all side quests? Keep them coming! I will go back to the main story later.

Very torn about what to do with the Waldensians [KCD1]

Ugh I love this game because of this! I really want 900 grochen but I want to save the people who give up everything they have to help others. What did you do and what was the outcome? I don't want them to die, but that grochen could really help me out.

Why does this show get so bad early in season 2?

I just watched the super annoying episode of the 2nd season that ends where D'Arcy is littering all over the town from a helicopter after the girls night out and talk about 8 inch frozen d-dos.

This is of course after Harry somehow gained the new ability/plot point of being able to change whoever's memories to whatever he wants. This is after he keeps having to go into emergency mode all of season 1 and manipulate to avoid being detected and caught. I am fine with him being able to shape shift to other people based on DNA now that he has the alien balls but the whole "changing people's memories" is just jumping the shark. I can tell this show is just going to get worse and worse. It's going downhill, FAST.

And it started before that as well. At the end of the first season. The cliffhanger was executed so poorly and lazily. Every single plot is now way too convenient and lazy. I know it's a sitcom but c'mon man, I'm not stupid, don't feed me stupid chips.

Gifted a free laptop from work. Will this run mafs2024 better than my Xbox x? And additional questions.

I know there are probably like a lot of other things that probably need to be provided. Like the GPU? Where can I find that? Will this play better on my laptop than my Xbox? It was like 1,500 bucks so I'm thinking it is?

I got to pick it out and decided this over a gaming laptop. So I know the lack of fans will be an issue. Anyway to add extra fans or accessories that actually work to help cool it down?

Thanks for your help.

I'm heading into break John out of prison and I know it will cause me to get a wanted dead or alive for the Annesburg and bayou area until after the story is complete for Arthur.

What things do I absolutely need to complete before this. I have visited the wolf man twice and want to do the third time but can I do that with John?

Please lemme know any side missions, side quests, strangers etc that will no longer be available for me in the epilogue?

Edit: Also, for things like talisman's, I have the silver chain bracelet and quartz chunk. Do I need to make sure to get the legendary bear claw and purchase it before the end of the main story? Or will those items carry over?
