Is Matthiastis going to run entirely on self stack ? Only providing envy skills but no envy special effect

Pretty much all Middle ids have a showcase where they would have a special effect if at max envy resonance, but Outis doesn't. She's just by herself

Update on my junkie Dell Opie 390 (pic in comments)

Thanks to you guy's suggestions, i made a significant update to it, it's been a long 48 hour journey

I swapped out the PSU for a new one, then the card that i bought, a RX 580... well that didn't work. Boot but no display. I thought i bought a defect card

So yesterday i bought a GTX 1060 6GB, but that doesn't work either

So again today i borrowed and tried a bunch of other cards and came to the conclusion that the PCIE slot broke, so i bought a H61 ASUS to replace it

The power button wiring of the case doesn't align with the mainboard, so i had to ask an expert to rewire it to normal mainboard PWR BTN pins (i used to be able to do that, but my eyes is failing)

Now everything is in place, so everything now works as expected. Finally able to game on this junkyard gem
