According to you how to hostel would be ranked by Infrastructure and Mess quality??

Not sure when it started (Maybe after Drop year) but after coming to college I can literally feel it. Quite often I am getting envious of people who are better than me .

So yesterday was Fresher's party so

I found many who can play guitar, sing beautifully, dance confidently, looks good, has a good personality, speaks good, has met their other half etc. Instead of simply appreciating them, I start comparing myself to them and feel kinda bitter.

Like I know that it's NOT possible for anyone to be good at everything (Excluding prodigies)

But everytime I see them it literally eats me out and results in me being unhappy most of the time.

So how to fix it ?

So basically I was applying for a scholarship and it asked the registration number. So I gave student registration number and it's showing 'Not Found'.

So I feel I need college registration number but nothing of that sort is mentioned in the site. So anybody has an idea how to get the COLLEGE REGISTRATION Number ??

So basically I got NIT Dgp Mech in CSAB R1 and did a float to it. In R2 it remained the same.

When I opened the Chanakya Portal my branch was mentioned properly (ME), so should I continue the fillup or wait ??

For Annual Income do I need to give my parent's income certificate? ( I know sounds dumb but in WBJEE they asked on student's name)

Also for proof of payment do I give the screenshot from CSAB portal ?? (Where payment are written)

And what to submit for DOB Proof ?

So all the students who have already completed the Proforma A1, what documents were required in the SDO/BDO office for making that ??

I mean in our region they are literally asking last 10 year marksheets 😭😭

So would be joining college soon.

Consider suggesting a laptop under 60k (May increase 5k as per requirement)

Requirements:-

1. Decent Battery (Atleast 5 hours)

2. Would be doing light gaming (Rarely)

3. Can do coding and basic engineering stuffs

Note:- Going to buy on 15th August sale and please don't recommend macbook

What documents are required while doing Physical verification ??

I mean I heard people saying A1 proforma, gap certificate idk what sort of stuffs

Also for OBC-NCL which certificate is required ?? Does the one I submitted for JOSSA would work too ??

So might be getting Mechanical in JU (Worst case scenario)

So how many students of Mech department get placed in software companies?? (I know Core is pretty decent)

Also what about off-campus ones

So I have few Qs regarding NIT Dgp

1. How are the hostel rooms ? Also how many sharing rooms are given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd year respectively

2. How is the message food and how many times food is given ??

3. Does software companies allows student from Chemical/Mechanical branches to sit in placements ? Also how many go for off-campus ?
