Did I break this sauce?
Never cooked before, saw Beurre Fondue in a cookbook and I thought it looked hard and wanted to try it, this is just water and butter to practice (pepper added for looks) this is the best looking one ive got, all the others turned to a nasty grease, not sure if this is broken or not.
