How to use and store these sample sachets?

I have like 9 of these BOJ Eye Serum samples. Even though they are only 1 ml each, one sachet lasted me around 4 days. After opening one, I kept it in an airtight box, but I still noticed a slight discoloration by the next day.

I wanted to know if keeping the sachet open affects the serum's composition or effectiveness.

If it does, are there any tips for storing them properly? Or are these sachets intended to be single-use only?
