Can the PFJP or any successor adopt Raynism as an official party ideology if Rayne is liberal enough?

In my reformist game I got a mixed economy, joined the ATO, did a very reformist constitution and formed an electoral alliance with the PFJP. Given similar circumstances in which Rayne is both liberal and popular enough, could the PFJP or a party that succeeds them officially adopt Raynism as a party ideology?

Hear me out: the WPB shouldn't be able to enter the GNA if you lower the threshold to 8% or raise it to 15% and do enough good things for the Bluds (and fix the economy)

If you get the biggest possible amount of Bludish votes, Petr will tell you that you're taking away votes from the WPB. This made me realize something: if the WPB got 8 or 9% of the vote (I don't remember rn which was theirs and which was the CPS's) in the 1953 elections, then if you devour their voter base and either lower the threshold to 8% or raise it to 15% they shouldn't be able to enter the GNA. Why do I say this? Well, I walk you through the reasons for both the 8% threshold and the 15% threshold

8%: the WPB doesn't form the People's Front with the CPS, thus they don't also have their voteshare. This means that if you syphon away enough Bludish votes by doing things they want (not signing the NFP's nationalist bills, abolishing or democratizing the Special Zone, not doing OBT...) the WPB, based on their previous electoral results, shouldn't be able to gather enough votes if you both please the Bluds and fix the economy, thus losing enough votes to fall below the 8% threshold. Because let's be honest, if the ruling party is already protecting your culture and has fixed the economic crisis and you're not a socialist, what's even the point in voting for another party which hasn't even entered parliament before? This would also give players an actual reason to choose the 8% threshold instead of the 3% threshold besides not angering the conservatives (or to *not* choose the 8% threshold if you really like the WPB)

15%: this one is harder. Based on the CPS and the WPB's previous results, they should kind of easily pass the threshold by forming the People's Front, but I still believe the Bluds can like you enough to not vote for the WPB. I don't really know if you would theoretically need the Bludish Dream to make sure the People's Front doesn't enter the assembly, but maybe you would. Even if you wouldn't need it, the People's Front would still be just below the threshold (unless you also courted the socialists, in which case they're pretty much done for). This would also be useful as to pretty much eliminate the socialist left from parliament (unless *you* are the socialist left)

I hope I convinced you and maybe even Torpor potentially (though that's pretty much a pipe dream). Thank you for reading
