Mimi from Nhim.Art

I wanted the first images to be the gradual appearance of what she is supposed to look like as we course through the cartoony and loony aspect of the character.

So overall, she has backstory of an attractive Shut-In / Girl Failure type woman. Which realistically isn't supposed to be her appearance. But even though she appears conventionally healthy ... like at least the artist does not design her mostly for ogling. She's quite conservative in terms of appearance.

Her attitude and characterization really focuses on her more ... Internet 16 hours a day type vibe. She's weird, impulsive, and ditzy. No brains, all memes. Like a huge disconnect from what we see to what she is.

And the Nhim.Art really shows that her weirdness very much overtakes whatever sexual nature she has. Although I will say, there are some classic anime / manga gags. So I do surmise that Nhim.Art is not western originated or is a huge fan of such comedy.

Still, I think it is a really nice scroll through Instagram for something cute yet weirdly charming.

IF there is going to be a AC Unity Resynch, I do have a list of personal desires for it.

Yeah, yeah, I get it. Unity sucks and is only a Niche favorite for a small group of the fandom. But I really do like Unity and how it operates as if Arno is VASTLY outmatched if he goes in Guns and Blazing. To remind the player that he is not an One-Man Army like the other protagonists, he is simply a man with really good skills.

I would not mind changing the combat to be more faster, more challenging, and yet supportive for Cooperative plays. Probably make adjustments for weapons, make it that each weapon variant has their strengths and weaknesses without evening things out in Late Game Periods.

Like:

  1. One Handed - Jack of all Trades, decent damage values, attack speed, and defense

  2. Heavy - Largest damage dealing unit, slowest of the attack values, high defense

  3. Long - Highest attack speed, slightly lower than damage than One Handed, slightly lower defensive values.

  4. Rifles - Highest damage dealing output from quickfire, lower melee damage but higher defensive values.

  5. Guillotine Guns - Same damage values as heavies BUT also higher defensive values.

  6. Hidden Blade - I saw the promotional trailer and images. Arno was supposed to be able to use Hidden Blade in combat. And there was supposed to be 2 Hidden Blades in the Promotional Images shown in the Ubisoft store page. I am fine with using One Hidden Blade however. I would probably make it the lowest damage dealing weapon overall. With no possibility of Improvement through the Menus or Shops either. But it is a weapon that can only improve in combat is through Gameplay. Where the player must dodge, parry, and attack without getting hit in order to improve the hidden blade damage overtime. Making it a weapon of devotion for those willing to master it.

I would also probably adjusting the Nostradamus Rewards by unlocking the 2nd Hidden Blade as well to unlock the Costume. Since Thomas de Carnellion used two hidden blades. Doesn't do much besides making the Hidden Blade attack buff charge faster and new animations. But player choice is allowing to remove the 2nd hidden blade of course.

Improve Accessibility to the World

The Cafés that we renovate all throughout France should be more than used to generate income. They should be more interactable and used for World Building.

  1. Supply Boxes - A free chest that the player can use to restock all Equipment and tools free of charge. But has a 1 hour cooldown before being able to be used again.

  2. Recipes - Food is a great way for players to learn more about the past. It helps forge the ideation of the struggles or luxuries of the past. I would make it that each Café has their own distinct recipe. If you go renovate one Café, you unlocked the recipe immediately and can get that one distinct food for free with their specific Café. While other recipes from other Cafés will require a payment of 25 £. And ya know, make it so food is just passive health regen for 1 hour.

  3. Newspaper sellers - Just to help corral the newspaper sellers in one space rather than be sporadic everywhere.

I would also like to interact with the Tea / Coffee Girls. It is cool seeing them walk about with the large canister on their back. I wouldn't mind spending 5 £ for their product. Probably make it health regen for 10 minutes. Color code their canisters, green for tea, red for coffee. Doesn't change the values, just for flavor.

Enemy Variation

Honestly, just hoping for TWO new enemies only.

Moles - Soldiers and Rebels who adorn a white face mask and goggles. Armed with pick axes or shovels. These guys operate similarly as Heavies. BUT they are used to increase the challenge of stealth players.

  1. Moles cannot be affected by Smoke / Flash Grenades. That doesn't mean they can see through it. They will simply deny ANY assassination if they have been affected by said grenades.

  2. Moles are the tallest of the NPCs, making it so that the player must use Aerial or Hidden Spot Assassinations in order to eliminate them. Any other method, they will simply be injured.

SPOILERS: >!Assassin Outcasts!<

Inspired by the >!Assassin Traitor!<, these enemy units are sporadic throughout the game. They do show up in the main missions ONLY in >!Traitor!< Memory Sequence. They don similar colors and clothes of their Leader.

  1. They share the the attack animations of Arno. With all his abilities such as basic attacks, guard breaks, and perfect parries.

  2. All their attacks are unblockable. You need to do perfect dodges or parries in order to attack them.

  3. They are glass Cannons. Super weak in health but high damage entirely. Can effectively chase the player down compared to others NPCs.

  4. They will spawn in the Overworld afterwards in groups of 3s or 4s. They occupy rooftops, defending a chest filled with stolen goods and money.

  5. Can also be assassinated to avoid fights entirely.

I would also change the method of obtaining the Legacy outfits. Instead of random chests in the overworld, I would turn them into DISTINCT Helix Rift missions. Where the player is literally having a boss fight on each character in order to claim their outfits.

Say it is a Animus Glitch where these former protagonists are broken up data that needs to be deleted and reformed to their proper stature.

Would probably change the standard Helix Rift missions as requirements in order to fight said boss characters too.

Restarted AC Unity on my PC. Found some cool things in Beginning Sequences

  1. Arno does not use Lethal Sword Animations for his Combat Takedowns. It uses his Non-Lethal Blunt Animations instead. This changes however after the Time Skip.

  2. The Hallucination Assassins use Right Handed Hidden Blades. Also, they are a lot more brutal in their killings with excessive stabbings with their Hidden Blades despite not happening in reality. Also the Prologue Assassin also uses a Right Handed Hidden Blade, but that should not be happening as of yet in the lore.

  3. Despite not being inducted to the Order, Arno still has animations of using his Hidden Blade during the Scaffold Lift and his Combat Animations. Sound design included.

For Honor: Arakure

Currently, IRL, there is not much know about Arakure.

All that the community knows is that she is:

  1. Japanese / Samurai Faction

  2. Not part of the Hierarchy

  3. Tonfas

So this is mere speculation on my part. Since the Arakure group are defacing Khatun (Another Female Hero) statues, they are against having Mongol Authority. Hair is not feminine and very punkish compared to the known Samurai Heroes. So perhaps not abiding the strict hiearchy of the Samurai in For Honor. Openly showcasing tattoos and lack of armor, they are not part of even the military. Definitely resembles criminal organizations such as Modern Yakuza.

She fights like a back-alley brawler. Lots of very well discplined hits and strikes. But is willing to fight dirty openly and proudly. Not to mention, psyching and disrespecting opponents before and after fights.

All in all, very nice.

I usually am more tactical about my fights. But I understand when a challenge is made.

Do you think Squadrons would have been better off as a PvE Flight Simulator instead of a PvP Flight Simulator?

Also yes, I like the droid carcass head.

We were down 600 to 1000 before this clip. So getting this close in a match was such a high.

Is Centurion supposed to have this much range in his Light Attack External?

Beserker of this match, if you are here, you are a hero. Saved the whole match for Attackers.

Just because I hard feinted my neutral side heavy to Dash Forward Heavy.

He really was a good Warden though.

Mods, I truly do propose a new rule regarding posts here

I mean ... we can see the issue of non-participatory post. It's lazy. It always "What do you think of X?" and there is no input on what the character is and what they are. Just zilch. The OP post it without having any back and forth commentary with the people who views the post.

I propose and Obligatory Essay alongside every post that an OP uses. Which includes:

  1. Setting of the character. Of their lore, environment, and accompanying characters.

  2. 2 Paragraph Essay (Minimum) on why X is bad or good. Give us perspective of the OP. Don't make the post a blank slate. Make people commentate on the issues at hand.

  3. Artist's previous works and personal opinions (optional). This is just gives us an idea of the Artist's mindset when making said Character.

And please delete any post who does not do any of the above. Put it into description or put into the comment section.

I want to induce commentary and MEANINGFUL discussion within recent postings.
