What's this noise?

Only happens when I turn the steering wheel at a low speed. Mainly on the driver side. And when stationary. Sounds like metal against metal??

Should I go back to my doctor?

I have been taking Lexapro for over a month now, I'm on 10mg's. I've been having alot of nightmares, waking up during sleep (I can go back to bed after waking up). And waking up coughing even though my mouth/ throat is moist (its not dry). Should I go to my doctor and ask or is that some of the symptoms.

Basically back in 2018-2019 I had a Samsung J7. (I live in Australia) Before I got a new phone I had this game id always play. I can't remember much of the game but it was a dinosaur game VERYYYYY similar to dragon city. The title was "Dino" something I can't remember the last word... The only thing I do remember was you could build farms for them and 9/10 the game would crash
