Is she not an incredibly nasty person?
Given everything she explained about what she did to a clearly mentally disabled little kid… you’d think she’d realise she is the evil character in someone’s story rather than completely spitting hatred towards Emma who never harmed anyone except herself (being deaf in one ear).

Do we even believe they found this poor kid she locked in a closet? How did it never get back to her? She never paid for the consequences of what she did to that little kid and spoke about it as if she was justified in how she behaved rather than saying “yeh I should’ve let him out, I should’ve come forward earlier” … indicates even as an adult she feels like what she did was ok and just a “bad decision” she can tell as a funny story.

How is that poor disabled child going to recover from spending possibly a day or two locked in a dark closet in the middle of the forest?

She was evil.

I never viewed Emma (for her fantasy) as a bad person? Is there anyone who truly believes Emma was bad especially in comparison to someone like Rachel?

I was obsessed with this show earlier this year when I found it and I’m currently rewatching.
Currently on season 1

Lucy is so much worse than I remembered and realised. She’s honestly on par with Stephen as to how much of a malicious person she is (obviously he’s evil but she’s a pretty horrible person)

Why did we give her so much grace and leniency as a character? She’s horrible 😂

I can see this relationship being very very abusive in the future had they stayed together and Carrie continue to flourish and do well.

I’m new to this thread and watching sex and the city for the first time as a 30 year old.

I’m so cut over how Aidan gets treated by Carrie.

Their second time around at the beginning of their relationship I didn’t like how he treated her for sure but he put up with so much of her nonsense because he loved her and she never not once accommodated for him in anyway.
I’m just up to the part she starts wearing the beautiful ring he thoughtfully chose for her (with Sam’s help) suddenly from her finger to around her neck…

This is clearly such a red flag and the poor guy was just blind to it…

Don’t even get me started with the fact despite her cheating on him he still accepted her friendship/calls with her ex she cheated on him with…

He is just such a nice guy and honestly she is really pissing me off and I think whatever nonsense she faces with Big is karma for her shit behaviour towards a genuinely good guy! Also Aidan always put in more effort with her friends too…

Is this realistic? Are there actually women out there who have let go of aidans or genuinely good men who have put up with their high maintenance bs… for the likes of assholes like BIG?
