Vitamin D and Parathyroid/PTH correlation?

Hello, I want to ask, can anyone tell me about their experiences with possibly PTH issues? I'm getting an appt. With my doc soon but don't know how to present it exactly, my Vit D. Levels are 10ng/mL, which AFAIK should mean my calcium is low, and my PTH should be on the higher end, but it looks like they might be a bit out of wack? Phosphorus also shows up as too high, which would make sense with an under functioning gland, but then calcium should be low (especially considering my severe vit D deficiency)

Does anyone have any advice on how worried I should even be about this? Thank you!

Bisoprolol side effects?

Has anyone had this issue with Bisoprolol Fumarate? I started it last week and honestly feel like tachycardia-wise I'm doing well, but ever since I began, I feel like a sort of tenderness around my mouth, especially on the roof of my mouth and sometimes around my gums.

Just two and half months ago I went to the dentist and I had no issues, so I don't think it's an infection; the only thing that has changed is the new medication. I also feel hungrier (this might be PMS as well...) and my eyes feel drier than before.

Has anyone felt this with this beta blocker?

How did you all get diagnosed?

So I've been going to the cardio because since last year out of the blue I had a sudden, rapid fall-off of my physical condition. Like, before I could go hiking and just feel the normal exertion one feels, I could go to the gym etc. But since last year even going up the stairs, walking and talking, even getting up from a hair and staying standing up causes tachycardias and if I haven't drank water I get this black vision thing. As background info, I weigh 105 pounds and am 153cm tall, 22 y/o. I've never drank, smoked, haven't drank sodas since 10 years ago, coffee, and the most sugar I consume a day it's one cookie (because otherwise I'd be living the life of a monk), basically I just want to clarify that, logically, my heart should be better than this shouldn't it? 😭

I was diagnosed with MVP-- then just a few days ago I went again to the cardiologist, he told me I have a thickened mitral valve leaflet and that might be why I get all of this. I'll get an exercise/effort test once I earn enough money to afford it, as the Dr. Recommended it to me due to some extrasystoles showing up on last year's Holter monitor. The cardio also said that I don't have anything else going on that explains my tachycardias, so it's likely my nervous system that's the issue and I might be too stressed etc.

For now, the cardio sent me to take Bisoprolol 2.5mg daily and I feel like it's been helping these past few days, at least I don't get the same tachycardias randomly when sitting at my desk job, and my hpm is finally around 70-80 instead of 90-100 hpm with the occasional jump when I tie my hair up or get up a chair.

Anyways, my question is, how does one go about getting at least a test of dysautonomia? Is it more with a Neuro? I don't think they do tilt table here where I live, at least not in the places I can afford but I'll keep looking

Does anyone else get tachycardias episodes triggered by silly stuff?

I'm going to the cardiologist for a follow-up this Friday (my wallet is still hurting haha) so this is moreso curiosity, but does anyone else get tachycardias by stuff like putting arms up to tie hair or brush it, standing around to cook, or talking and walking etc.?

They're not that high, like maybe 105-115 (during bad days it's 120+ just for bending down though), but I always wondered if it's due to the MVP or if it might be something else.
