Diving deep into Britney’s past, I’ve noticed a recurring pattern of dishonesty with the media, even after the release of her book.

While it’s understandable that a certain image was portrayed back then, and the public wasn’t interested in her personal life, such as her romantic relationships or virginity status, Britney never fully disclosed or addressed many aspects of her life in her book.

One thing remains consistent, however: Britney is a liar, and she has always been in love with Brad Pitt.

Here are some various snippets of articles from 1999-2002. Britney says she doesn’t smoke, ridiculous she’d have a boob job, lies she’s dating someone from *NSYNC, and disputes rumors she was having a baby (I think this may be tied to when she had an abortion)

When I was younger & had more time on my hands, I would have cleaning rituals where everything had to be perfectly in order before I left this house.

Well with working a physically exhausting full time job, I didn’t have the time or energy to complete my cleaning rituals and everything stayed a giant mess.

Now I can only clean when I have pure anxiety fueling it (someone coming over) or things just get too bad with the hoard. Anyone else?

Britney Spears is wearing a white blouse with pink trim and no bra, jeans and white coral-looking earrings, and she’s sipping a can of Mountain Dew.

She looks as if she’s barely slept. It’s refreshing, in a way: For once, Spears appears more like a living, breathing twenty-one-year-old than a plastic sculpture, with pimples and loosely barretted hair and no makeup save for some black eyeliner that appears slept in*.*

Aside from her appearance, one of the first things I
notice about Spears is that she has a verbal tic, at least when she’s being interviewed***: She says “honest” or “honestly” far more often than most people — at least sixteen times during our hour-long chat.***

Which naturally leads one to wonder if the lady doth protest too much. For instance, at one point in the conversation, she tells me, straight-faced, “I think every photo shoot I’ve done has been tasteful. I’ll never be a vamp-vixen-sex-goddess.”

When I mention the Star cocaine allegations, she stares at me blankly and says she’s never heard about them -even though when the story first appeared, she publicly responded.

Though she mostly smiles, Spears is also extremely guarded, cutting off unwelcome questions with abrupt answers and occasionally becoming testy.

Asking about her restaurant, she says,

“I don’t know what the hell that was. I don’t know why we ever did that, to be honest with you. It was just something a business manager wanted to do, or something like that.”

I start to ask a follow-up, and she snaps “It’s a restaurant. I really don’t give a shit.” Then she clears her throat and asks peevishly, “Can we talk about my music instead of my restaurant?

This interview caught my eye because it seems to poke fun at the rumors about Britney overdosing on drugs around late 2003.
She’s brought out on a stretcher at the start, which feels like a lighthearted take on a really serious issue.

I suppose it’s her team trying to damage control the situation. This interview with Jimmy Kimmel came out right after the infamous Diane Sawyer interview that same month, where Diane made her cry.

Also, Jimmy jokes about Whitney Houston and Courtney Love being on drugs.
To me, Britney seems like she’s on something here, maybe an upper, because she can’t sit still, talks super fast, and seems hyper.

Britney impulsively married Jason Alexander in January 2004, just a couple of months after this interview, when she reportedly had a near death overdose on cocaine and mdma.

On her way into the Beverly Hills Hotel earlier in the day Wednesday, Britney Spears was snapped with an open purse that contained a box for the prescription medicine Provigil, the brand name for Modafinil, a drug prescribed mainly for treatment of the sleep disorder narcolepsy. (See below for large image.)

According to the site for Provigil, it is "a medication to treat excessive sleepiness caused by certain sleep disorders. These sleep disorders are narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome, and shift work sleep disorder."

So, unless the pop star is suffering from one of these afflictions, why would she possibly take Provigil? While it is not known yet why Britney would take the medication, or if she even is taking it, some doctors have prescribed the drug for treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), while there are others who believe that Provigil is a so-called "smart drug" that can actually enhance the brain's cognitive ability. Modafinil has even been used experimentally to treat addiction to cocaine.

“Even with bells, whistles, fireworks and scores of dancers, a pop star’s evolution is not always a pretty picture,” writes The Hollywood Reporter‘s Shirley Halperin, who notes the Britney Spears of 2011 is “one who’s seated for nearly half of her 90-minute set, who doesn’t quite have that spring in her dance step anymore and who requires a constant barrage of visual distractions while she mostly lip-synchs along to her hits.”

The theatrics are awkward and confusing, the dance routines are numbingly bland and old-hat, the song selection is weak and misguided, and Britney’s star power, so blinding on tours past, is remarkably dim,” he writes.

I’ve been having pains in my hips, thighs, and buttocks that feel like random throbbing, aching, or sensitive to touch.

Sometimes numbness and burning as well. I can feel lumps to the touch.

Is this what lipedema feels like? Or is it constant pain?

I’ve noticed throughout my life, whether at work, family, or friends, when I go through a hard time, I fully withdraw for weeks to months.

Sometimes, if I can, I don’t leave my house, or if I’m working, I don’t have any social life outside of it when I need to recover.

I also quickly block people and cut people off and don’t speak to them if I have been wronged.

Ever since my friend with BPD became a mother, I’ve had to distance myself from her. The stress of having a child has made her incredibly hateful and passive-aggressive towards me. I believe she feels trapped and unable to control her emotions.

Before becoming a mother, she thought it would solve all her problems, but it’s only made her BPD worse.
She also abuses Adderall, stays up all night which exacerbates her antagonistic and irritable behavior.

She has said hateful things to me like since I’m childfree I must hate babies, when I’ve never said I hate them. I’ve heard her scream at her child telling her she wants to drop her off at an orphanage.

Fernando Flores, an ex-police officer who provided protection to Spears in 2010, told The Sun that a woman would visit Spears every Friday with “three anti-psychotic medications and birth-control pills.”

“I’d explain [to Spears] what everything was — three anti-psychotic medications and birth-control pills,’’ Flores was quoted as saying. “She’d go from sane to talking about parallel universes,” he added.

Flores revealed that the singer’s phone was monitored, all the people visiting her had their bags checked and she would cry because of her father’s control over her.

“Jamie would call three or four times a day to check what was going on,’’ the former security guard said.

Flores, an ex-cop, said the chart-topping diva “was often under the influence of illegal prescription and nonprescription drugs, such as Ritalin, Narcon [used to prevent or reverse opiate overdoses] and methamphetamines.”

Interesting he also mentioned Britney would give herself impulsive haircuts 💇‍♀️
