Slow internet connection

Hello everyone, I was installing the French language of Assassins creed mirage but it doesn't want to load, so I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it until the loading tells me that it takes 30 hours of download (the update has 31GB).

So I uninstalled and reinstalled several times but the problem is still there. I installed another game to see if this problem is only related to AC. A game that has a 1.8GB update for 1 hour. (Normally I don't even need 5 minutes)

So I tested my internet connection (I'm in ethernet socket) and restarted the console and the problem persists.

So I rebuilt my console's database and nothing happens.

I don't understand, while I did the AC update the same morning with no problem
