Guardian Metal Resources plc has acquired Lincoln Estates Group LLC for US$1.3 million in cash, securing 841 acres of real property and 2,540 acre-feet of annual water rights located near its Tempiute Tungsten Project. This acquisition is considered a key milestone that materially de-risks and supports the accelerated advancement of the Tempiute Project, enhancing its development potential and contributing to Guardian Metal's goal of building a resilient U.S. domestic tungsten supply chain.

Blencowe Resources Plc has announced a significant upgrade to its Orom-Cross graphite project in Uganda, with the maiden JORC Mineral Resource Estimate for the Beehive deposit adding 21.3 million tonnes at 6.58% TGC (Inferred).

This brings the total Orom-Cross JORC Mineral Resources to 64.3 million tonnes at 6.03% TGC, representing a 168% increase since the commencement of the Stage 7 drilling program.

The Beehive resource is based on only 22% of the anomaly and shallow drilling, with mineralisation extending to approximately 100 metres depth, indicating substantial upside potential.

The company is progressing with Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) optimisation work to incorporate this enlarged resource base and expects an update before the end of Q2 2026.
