Its a DD order so I'm not totally surprised...
Steak was a little bit overcooked, but tender AF. The liquid around the steak is the juices leftover after resting in a tin foil cocoon.
Only salt and pepper on the steak, but cooked in some kerrygold butter, as well as rested with a couple of kerrygold pucks. Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and a little bit of paprika on the potatoes.
Made and eaten while consuming some Canadian LTD.
Waffle fries, peppered chicken gravy, provolone and medium cheddar cheese. Ended the dinner with mint chocolate chip ice cream and whipped cream on top and in the bottom of the waffle cone.
Devoured cheap canadian ltd whiskey while cooking and consuming this meal.
