Samsung microwave…

Purchased over the range microwave January 6th this year. Well today sitting on the couch I heard the fan turn on? Figured someone did it..nope no one around, then random buttons started clicking by itself. I got up and checked now none of the buttons do anything at all. I unplugged it for a bit and it was fine again. Now a few hours later I’m just on the couch again and I hear the fan turn on again 😡. Bought from Lowe’s paid $400 and it’s been just over 7 months.

Almost Done

Been creeping ya’ll posts and learning as I went.

Call it 4 months since I’m not done yet
Paid for demo and removal of old shed
20x27 footprint
12x16 shed
11x15 louvered pergola
Trex deck on 12o.c…. Ish
Roxkwoll insulation
2x8’s on Cement block piers
PNW

researched for few years combo of timing and use case aligning. Meant for home office and kids sleepover hangout. Morphed into a little bit more outdoor entertainment and spring fall space in the Pacific Northwest.

Used studio shed as shell and then did my modifications. The studio shed now comes with an option to include some interior features where they bundle flooring, electrical lights and switches so I added that to get my base Strong.

Pergola was by purple leaf
Patio heater by infra tech
Eris folding door

Heated Floors and Fireplace for winter heat
Waiting to see how summer goes for AC needs

Studio Shed cost $30K with sale I think 30% off

Total all in (with some new tools of course, pergola and furnished) 75k. Probably 60k without tools furnishing, pergola.

Lots of YouTube, lots and lots of Reddit, and lots of ChatGpt live view which is pretty incredible if you ask me.

Do overs - I spent three weeks on foundation but I should have spent one more and got it 100% I settled for 95%.

I need to redo my door trim and clean it up a bit I had never hung a door before let alone a sliding folding door

I bought 16 inch insulation for 24 inch cavities so that cost me dumb time cutting it for fit.

Modifications
Finished soffits
Custom lighting from base kit
All interior finishes are ‘modifications’ bc of how studio shed sells shell. So drywall and shiplap, acoustic wall panels, T&G ceiling, bump out for TV/FIRE, heated floors, custom door.
Obviously pergola and the mod on the pergola was raising it onto cement blocks and hiding them in planters, as well as 240v patio heater

60amp subpanel on back of unit

I enjoyed the math problems, logic and thinking ahead to next steps, I also enjoyed using old school graph paper and sketching things out and doing all my notes the day before execution.

Ya’ll who do this stuff for a living are the real goats.

Thank You So Much…

To the person at Perrydell Farm who returned my wallet and all of its contents over to the staff! I tore all through the house, shed and vehicles in search of it! There’s nothing worse than having to get new everything! Thank you so so so much!

Looking to buy on a local yard sale app. I think it would look good as a corner yard decoration. Seller wants offers and hasn’t responded to a price in mind. What is it and what’s a fair offer?

Somebody had just posted their app so I decided to open one myself. I like the simple layout and easy to use UI.
