Looking to buy on a local yard sale app. I think it would look good as a corner yard decoration. Seller wants offers and hasn’t responded to a price in mind. What is it and what’s a fair offer?

Somebody had just posted their app so I decided to open one myself. I like the simple layout and easy to use UI.
