Should i buy a pullup bar or Resistance Bands?
Like my Target isn't a ripped person, but more like "Tonned" body. And biggest problem is skinny fat.
So GYM and Diet feels too big a commitment for my smallish targets. So according to my reasearch, Streching+ Pullups can fix it but needs Pullup bar/Resistance Bands for uniformity.
So which one should i buy.
