Is there a quick clean way to erase all Steam files (minus game saves)?

Basically, I have a problem with games freezing at full screen that hasn't been solved for over half a year of tinkering. I have no idea what caused it, but I have both the app and kernel version of steam and neither work.

So I've decided to wipe the slate of my computer clean of Steam, and see if a fresh from scratch install would reset things to normal.
But deleting the app doesn't remove the majority of the actual steam files that could be corrupted, just a small handful.

I'd prefer to keep game saves on the pc, but if I have to transfer them to a usb manually before erasing files that works too.

How do I delete all steam files (Besides game saves) at once or at least efficiently?

Steam games freeze computer on launch and are essentially unusable (PLEASE help I've been dealing with this for months)

(Linux mint, but the OS doesn't seem to be the problem)

Basically, everything except the mouse cursor and 'window' button freezes. I can't tab out or select anything when the taskbar comes up after pressing 'window' either. Stuff can change sometimes, but it takes a few minutes to pop up or process altF4 to close the app, so I have to use the power button to shut down and restart.

An interesting detail is games that start with their own custom popup you go through to launch (Arkham asylum/city goty editions) work perfectly fine. So I can play those two, but not anything else that launches fully through Steam (Like arkham knight).

I tried changing my NVIDIA drivers, validating game files, troubleshooting Proton versions, updating my OS, and deleting/reinstalling the steam app, but that didn't fix it. Any ideas?

A quick warning about buying from insHobby

It appears there is something fraudulent going on with payment from this particular website.

I was able to pay through Paypal a few days ago, but when I tried to pre-order a 'Hiya toys Monster X' today I could only find the option to pay through card. And when I decided to click "Pay now" it sent me here: https://checkout.cartadicreditopay.com/cashier/v1/checkout

Whenever I entered my card information into this "Global payment gateway" website, it would tell me that my order failed to process and to try again. I thought it was just a faulty system, until I got fraud alerts from my bank, telling me that payments of the same amount I was trying to use for the product were being issued towards an unrelated clothing store.

I don't know if this is the insHobby's fault or somehow someone hijacked them to redirect customers, but I'd stay clear from the website until it changes back to the old payment methods.

Any ideas what sci-fi gun would go best with a Neca xeno?

I recently got a cigar off ebay for a custom Jeri (Aliens stronghold character), planning to use it on the upcoming NECA Alien warrior black repaint. However I'm missing a proper sci-fi gun for him to wield, what are some good ones that could fit in his larger 1/10th scale hands?

I always wanted a 'Jeri the synthetic xenomorph' in my collection, and the new black alien warrior figure is the closest we've ever gotten to the pure black xenos of most the darkhorse comics. So I decided to preorder two from bbts...and the new queen reissue because I don't have one yet. Gotta have a hive for him to infiltrate after all.

Personally I think Resurrection used the clone idea more effectively for how it directly impacts the narrative and character action, while Romulus kinda just uses it as a justification to make the xenos super huge and have a weird gross shed cycle.

However I do prefer the Romulus design overall, despite how cool the fleshier Resurrection look is.

I recently got into reading the Spawn comics, so I ordered a few figures to finally cement the franchise in my collection after years of admiring from a distance as a child born right after the 90s.

Got the Elite edition spawn two days ago and added a custom cape to re-live his vibe from the HBO show, and I'm having a blast! It definitely wasn't worth the aftermarket price, but I don't regret it.
And since Todd hasn't revealed a classic Violator figure for the modern line, I decided to pick up the last one we got 29 YEARS ago from the movie toyline. He's really fun to pose with spawn, even with the limited articulation.
