Cleaning my MOMCOZY bottle sterilizer/dryer
I’m one week postpartum and I could’ve sworn we had a 3-in-1 bottle washer, sterilizer, and dryer so I bought bottle washer detergent tabs. On the day we got home from the hospital, we threw one into the base to run the bottles on their first cycle. We used the detergent tab with more cycle before realizing there was in fact no wash cycle 🫠
How can we clean this??? We have used filtered water every time so it isn’t because of that.

Signs of labour?
38w5d pregnant and have had cramping on and off for weeks and other labour symptoms, but this is the first time I’ve had the “minor signs” pop up since being sick early in my pregnancy.
Has anyone gotten this notification and gone into labour shortly after?!

OURA RING!
I know people always say their Oura ring signalled pregnancy, but I got mine when I was already pregnant 🤪
HOWEVER, I haven’t heard of people getting warnings from their Oura rings when they’re going into labour (eg before water breaking or when real contractions begin vs Braxton hicks). Is that a thing?! Do we think (or know) if my Oura ring is capable of catching any hints that labour is beginning??
