I wish to do some friendly Collab with someone who can play piano or instruments. I write songs and sing them but I can't produce music.

Also, we can exchange. We help each other complete a song (I bring lyrics and can sing it if not high notes and you can play instruments or make soundtracks)

I'm not professional. I just love to sing and wish the music I drafted would evolve from just an Acapella recording.

I applied last week to a mall, no update. I think one big factor is the fact na madami akong erasures. Di kasi ako sure what position to apply for. I just need a job so nagwalk in ako.

For technical people out there, those who can actually build and maintain a running application/software, I was wondering what would it take for you to partner with a non-technical person, more of like the idea guy? Would you partner with them if they give you 50 percent equity and will take care of getting the funds and the users?

Do you have some criteria?

I want to befriend someone who shares my excitement for trying out new things (not trying w*ed or alcohol kind) but projects! I hope I can meet someone who wants to try and do the almost impossible stuff like build tech start up, challenge ourselves but of course within reasonable limits (note to dangerous and illegal stuff).

I also hope that this person is accountable. He or she doesn't like blaming others people or circumstances, owns their mistake and corrects it.

Someone who has unconventional perspective about life, non materialistic and superficial would be great.

Even though I sound ambitious, I didn't even graduate college so I hope that this person to be my friend won't judge me about it. I haven't done anything impressive so don't have high expectations of me. I just have dreams and am not saying I've had it made. I don't have notable skills as well.

Also I'm engaged and I am completely loyal to my partner. I prefer female but I guess male is fine as long as no emotional strings attached. Just pure passion for trying new things and work.

I've been writing before but stopped because got busy with other things in life but now I am starting again.

However, I find that I don't seem to be improving. I know I have to read a lot of books but is there really no structured way to learn writing? Do one just gain experience from reading a lot and writing many stories?

Or is there a step by step approach like first study world-building, then making characters feel alive, then plot structure...etc. Is there even a proper way to be creative and have ideas coming out or you have no choice but not accomplish anything if writer's block hits?

I made a Discord server for a support group that helps members to achieve their goals.

It's main concept is that the members send tasks to the group in the morning and at the end of the day, the members give updates on how their day went.

If this group works out, we could help those who need peer support for motivation and make a strong knit of members dedicated to self-improvement and personal growth.

I gathered about 12 people however most members(almost all) are inactive/doesn't participate. How to get them to participate?

Plano ko po magBPO kasi I want to improve my communication skills at saka I see many people saying na BPO is the entry-level job that accepts even non-college graduates, like me. 3rd year college level lang po ako and my course is not related in business or communications po.

I'm not sure good at talking to English, but I can understand and write well.

No degree, no job experience of more than 4 months at 22 years old. Pwede kaya ako matanggap?

Lastly, sa South Caloocan ako nagrerent, saan ang pinakamalapit at legit na BPO company that I can work for?
