IS Oxygen OS on Nord Different from Flagship series?

I recently saw a post asking about Live flux and motion wallpapers on nord 6 and upon further research I found out that oneplus had provided these features on OS16 but retrieved them.

"I have a few specific questions regarding the UI customization features on the OnePlus Nord 6 (running OxygenOS 16):

• Live Flux Themes & Clock Styles: Does the Nord 6 support the 'frosted dual glass tone' effect for every clock style within the Live Flux themes? I saw a video showing that only one clock style per row has this specific dual-tone frosted glass look, while the others are just a single solid tone. I specifically want to use the dual-tone frosted glass—am I restricted to only a few clock styles?
• Motion Wallpapers: Does the Nord 6 feature true Motion Wallpapers? Specifically, if I use the mountain wallpaper, do the mountains actively move and animate, or is the image strictly static?
• Flagship Exclusivity: Are these specific features (the fully customizable frosted dual glass clock styles and the moving mountain motion wallpapers) limited only to OnePlus flagship models, or does the Nord 6 have full, unrestricted access to them?"

The reason I am asking this cause I was planning to buy Nord 6 but if this is true then I might go for 13r.

Hi! I have been waiting to buy nord 6 but I am hearing that the nord series gets slows fast in comparison to their flagship series and only lasts 2-3 years. Is it true?

If yes, I might get 13 r instead. The reason I didn't wish to buy 13r previously cause the front camera is a downgrade to nord 6 and I like the design/ form factor of nord 6.

I am thinking of buying the newly launched nord 6 and was waiting for the stocks to fill but the people around me sayings are to get 13r.

Now I know that 13r have better build and display and rear camera but I will mainly use front camera which nord 6's better.

So I want to know from you Nord users that how much is it true that statement? Do nord phones updates lags behind or get Slows fast in comparison to R series?
