People getting on before letting people off the train

Yesterday on a crowded orange line train coming into downtown crossing, I was standing in front of the doors waiting to get off and three youths aggressively pushed into me and their way into the crowded train before letting people off. If anyone was at downtown crossing and saw this around 330/4 pm and has video or can make a statement, please dm me.

How do I become an auditor?

Is there any special permits I need to get or any classes I can take? What are the best areas to audit? How much can I expect to make?

Emergency exit in the handicapped row(Redline Shuttle)

On the redline shuttles they have an emergency sexy row but it is also the handicapped row. Shouldn’t the person sitting in the emergency exit row be capable and responsible, and maybe not handicapped?

Backpack policy

Official backpack policy as per the mbta website- When riding the T, keep large personal items on the floor and out of the way of seats. Remove backpacks and move them to the floor or to the front of your person.
