What should I be careful about when buying a 2014 S400 Hybrid with 40,000km?

I want to buy it, take care of it, and keep it long term. Just wanted to make sure I am not missing anything major before the purchase as I will have to import it from another country. Thanks

TV Recommendations?

I want to buy a tv. There are sooo many options. I don’t want to go above €600-700 or go with a smaller than 48inches TV, people who have experience in this regard, could you please suggest to me which TV should I get? Thanks. (And in case I am thinking about it wrong, and need to spend more, please do advise)

The 7 years rule

Can anyone please guide me if I should hasten step 3 to make sure my scores are not invalidated: step 2ck 30/10/2019, step 19/01/2022, ECFMG Certified: aug 2023 via clinical skills pathway, which was extended through to 2025 or 2026 in terms of validity. If I do not take the step 3 before 7 years from my step 2 ck, will the step 2 ck become invalid, orr am i out of the woods as I have been ECFMG certified. Orr what if I had to apply again for ECFMG certification in 2-3 years as the certificates are valid for a limited duration these days. Thank you for your time!

Has anyone received back pay or wage arrears after an incorrect initial point-on-scale calculation? How far back can this be claimed before it becomes too late—would 2–3 years still be considered valid? Thanks.

On income:

Let’s say the national average salary for a Family Physician is $280,000, but i suppose the income actually varies greatly.. taking the first standard deviation (from the mean in terms of actual income) of Family Physicians, what would be the actual gross income combined in your opinion that you see in practical life-this to include take home, contributions to pensions, investing back into the business, paying loans or any other part of income I am forgetting/don’t know about. Thank you for your time

Point of Scale Query

If you are on SHO 7 Point of Scale, and starting Reg year in July Changeover, you will get the equivalent Reg Scale ?3. But what will be your increment date for next year? Will it be 1. Your previous increment day of the year as an SHO ?- eg : 11th of November (as a general example), or 2. The date of the July changeover ie 13th of July.

Is it in the contract anywhere?

Thanks

How many days of annual leave can you get in a 4 months rotation on the GP scheme?

I am not clear whether it is 10 or 12 working days.. is it maximum 10 working days because they have to take the two days for the bank holidays?

Thanks
