NIPT or NT scan or both ?

I am 42F living in British Columbia, Canada conceived through IVF PGTA testing. Except for SIPs everything is out of pocket pay here.
For 40+ , did you first do the SIPs / quad screen test before doing the NIPT
If you had to pay out of pocket, which one was better NIPT or NT or both ?
After having done PGTA , did the results differ on NIPT ? After PGTA you think one should NIPT, NT or both if above 40 years ?

Thanks

42F NIPT or NT scan [bc]

I am 42F living in BC, conceived through IVF PGTA testing.
I want to know if you paid out of pocket for the NIPT test for someone above 40? Did you first do the SIPs / quad screen test before doing the NIPT as I believe SIPs is covered under MSP ?
If you had to pay out of pocket, which one was better NIPT or NT or both ?
After having done PGTA , did the results differ on NIPT ?

Thanks.

OBGYN recommendations

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for an OBGYN who would be suitable for a high risk pregnancy.
Anyone has had good experience with a specific OBGYN at Surrey, British Columbia ? Or any one that must be avoided if you had any bad experiences.
