Will I like Teriaq Intense?

I got a decant of Lattafa asad bourbon recently and they were out of teriaq intense. I have heard teriaq intense is smoother more seductive. Do u think teriaq intense is better that asad bourbon? Are both of them of the same family? And is it something a guy would wear? Or is it more on the feminine side?

Has anyone been on similar medication?

So I recently got diagnosed with bpd and mild adhd. The doctor put me on vortioxetine 10mg (once night) , aripiprazole 5mg (once night) and Inspiral 10mg (once day).

I was first told to take oxcarbazepine 300mg twice a day but I thought it might affect my cognitive function and requested the psychiatrist for his suggestions so he changed it to aripiprazole.

I had never been to a psychiatrist before and I’m really really scared to start the medication. Also, considering I have my exams coming up in a few days. I read that aripiprazole makes u restless and I’m a really light sleeper, and I also read that it makes a few people drowsy and a few people restless. Is there anyway to know which one will u be without actually taking it first 😭.

I really don’t want to mess up just a few days before my exams but my impulsivity just wanna buy all the medications and try it. I also feel like I’m just doing it to sabotage myself in the exams and this treatment thing is another hyperfixation😭😭. Please give me your insights on this and ur experiences if u have been on similar medication.

Am I doing it right?

So I tried making a double shot with morphy Richard’s impresso which was gifted to me. I have no experience in coffee btw. I got savorworks riverdale. I used the scooper they give with it which is supposed to be used twice for a double shot and tampered with the other end of it. The time was around 30 seconds. And the out was around 90-100ml. For a single shot it gives like 50 ml. What I saw over Reddit is a ratio of 1:2 in 20-30 seconds. So it’s way off right? I chose pre ground coffee in home espresso size. I don’t know how might I tell if it’s the right coffee because I’m really new to this. I just paired it with foamed milk and condensed milk. I really wanna make this machine work 😭. As it was a gift and that way it’s a good place to experiment ig. Lemme know what all could be done!

I so miss Goa

I remember as a kid, back since I was in grade 2nd, we used visit Goa every March for maybe 6 consecutive years. The same hotel every time, the same few touristy things every time, yet it felt so homely. The woman who used to work in the kids play area of that hotel used to accompany me to the beach and we used to collect sea shells every afternoon, even though my feet used to burn of the heat. We used to take a ferry from Panaji to go to this island where they served fish and rice. A lot of water activities, and a sunset cruise. But I used to love it so deeply, it still gives me a warm feeling remembering all of it, with time, I lost all those shells, and phones changed, and I lost most of the photos as well. But Goa feels like definition of Hiraeth to me. I’m thinking of coming to Goa towards the end of August, this time to know Goa better, and enjoy it more than just surface level. Feels like personification to me, but i hope anyone reading this is getting what I mean. Like when u have known a person has existed for so long but life has been so busy that u never got to sit down with them and have a conversation, that’s what I feel for Goa. It’s been almost 8 years since I last visited Goa. And I really want yall to help me to make this visit count :)
