So if i get admitted in self category do i have to submit my fees to secure admission?? Ya mai next lists ka wait krsakta aese hi k open merit wali preferences mai aajai name?

Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics (9709/52) and Computer Science (9618/12)

Dear Colleague

On 20 May, we let you know that Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics (9709, paper 52), taken in administrative zones 3 and 4, had been shared prematurely, contrary to our strict regulations. We told you that we would cancel the paper, disregard students’ answers and use our established approach of ‘assessed marks’.

Since then, as part of our extensive investigation and detailed data analysis of the results from the paper, it has become clear that the leak did not have significant visibility in Pakistan and did not affect the performance of the paper in your country. For this reason, we are pleased to confirm that we will use original answers to issue grades, rather than use the approach of assessed marks.

Cambridge International AS Level Computer Science (9618, paper 12)

For Cambridge International AS Level Computer Science (9618/12), we knew from the outset that this paper was shared widely in Pakistan and we did not need data assisted analysis to confirm this. We are therefore using assessed marks, as we informed you in May.

Using assessed marks removes any possible unfair advantage to those students who tried to gain advantage by cheating. Assessed marks is our well researched and established method; it is used by other exam boards and accepted by universities. Our priority is to make sure we are fair to the majority of students who did not cheat.

During the June 2026 exam series, we were also dealing with a rise in fake ‘leaked’ papers and misinformation on social media. We understand the frustration these issues caused to students, schools and families, and as further support, students with an assessed mark, who wish to retake the same option in November, may do so without charge and choose which result they take forward. Please be aware the 13 month-rule applies.

We are taking further steps to strengthen exam security for future exam series, working closely with government partners and others to combat both exam paper theft and fake paper scams.

Access to exam scripts

The exam scripts for syllabuses where we have moved to assessed marks will not be available through Access to Scripts. This is because we only make scripts available where the marks awarded have contributed to the candidate's final grade. In these cases, the script marks have not been used. In addition, where a question paper has circulated before the exam, the integrity of the responses within the scripts cannot be assured.

The question paper and mark scheme will be available on the School Support Hub when results are released. The Principal Examiner Report will follow a few weeks later, alongside the usual range of support materials that schools use to support teaching, learning and future exam preparation.

We will share further information about free retakes shortly after results release.

Kisi k paas last year ki seats wali list hy?

Guys spring semester mein mechatronics offer hoti hy ya koi aur engineering?

So ive talked to some of the seniors at uet and they all are saying k yr iss saal ka closing merit last year sy max 3-4% ziada hoga engineering k liye. This means k the second merit list would show a significant drop. KITNA TRUE HY YH?????

Guys mera aggregate 76.8 hy mene mechatronics krni thi. Ab everything aside lkn kitny percent neeche aaiga merit and have i got any chance?😔
