½ cup buttermilk (100 g milk + 1 tsp vinegar)

½ cup hot coffee water (100 g hot water + 1 tsp coffee

- Mix eggs, oil, and buttermilk until well combined.

- Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix gently.

- Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
