Mobo: TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI From what I understand I should be able to run two graphics card and they should both run at their usual speed?

Do the graphics cards have to be the same for this to work?

From what I understand the RX 9070 tx is better because of the better FSR4, but haven't they put out a lower spec verson of FSR4 for their older GPU? In which case wouldn't the RX 7090 xtx be better now?

Upgrade from 6 year old PC to top of the range Max setting 4K

Something died inside my PC so its probably time to lay it to rest, and unfortunately it wasnt the power supply like i had hoped. Lucky for me I bought a steamdeck not to long ago. So give it to me straight fellas how fucked is my wallet (AUD) if I wanted upgrade top of the range PC that can handle super taxing games on the highest setting...
