The beiges are too yellow, and the pinks are too pink. I've tried blending light layers, but the first layer always dominates. Any advice?

I put my first pencil in and gave it a few cranks and thought I had forgotten to tighten something, because cranking was so easy and quiet. I was used to the old school Boston sharpeners from school days, where you really had to muscle it, and the noise was loud and grindy.

Then I took the pencil out. Holy moly, after 8 cranks it was needle sharp! This sharpener works BEAUTIFULLY!
