I bought silver back around 2021 pandemic days. Have not looked at prices since.

Heard rumblings it was doing good. Just checked today and seen where is been since bought.

I wasn't planning on ever selling it. More of something I hope to leave in my will (which while not tomorrow... it ain't that far away in the big picture)

Anyways, I am blown away how high it was!

Like I said, I wasn't going to sell it regardless, just wondering if it will get that high again in the next 10-20 years??

Obviously nobody knows and most of us are hopefuls, but anyone got a guess?

So my kid will be attending UC Berkeley soon. My understanding is he is guaranteed only 2 years of housing.

I've been looking up properties close to the campus. I see 1 bedrooms for a little over 500k

My question is if I were to buy one these properties and planned on renting it out while my son doesn't need it. Does it make financial sense?

Is renting, as a landlord, make financial sense?

Will I be able to rent out out easily?

So our WR should help in the run game and our RB in the pass game.

Not being able to pick up pass blocking holds back a lot of RBs from getting play time

Either way, I'm going to be excited that we picked up a couple guys know for their blocking and hope they feed off each other's and Kittles blocking
