What ruler types wpuld you find more interesting? 2nd ROUND. Before voting read bellow more info on each option.
- CLOCKWORK ARBITER
A six-armed clockwork construct ruler made of iron, jewels, flesh, or bones. It features four distinct subtypes: a demonic robot, a jeweled statue, a Frankenstein-style abomination, and a "bone daddy" Nagash-inspired giant lich. Vaguely inspired by the new Avatar of the Cosmos summon, this construct champion has far surpassed its original creators. A skull mask option is available. In combat, it potentially throws chakrams or boomerangs. Its core mechanic revolves around building the unit piece by piece as it levels up.
- ENT HIERARCH
A Fey tree lord featuring a full fungoid subtype, a gold-coin money tree, and other whimsical tree designs. An Ent-beard customization option (inspired by The Lord of the Rings) is available, and the design can draw inspiration from Drycha (Warhammer). It features dual skill paths: it can either remain completely stationary in the capital to massively enhance city growth, or root itself temporarily (e.g., being stationary for 2 out of every 4 turns), which also applies during combat.
- ARCHFEY LORD
A Fey, moth-winged elf titan with an optional kitsune subtype, featuring multiple wings, tails, and a prince/princess wardrobe. This lord is designed to be highly elusive and incredibly annoying for enemies to deal with. As master tricksters, they utilize abilities like self-mirror images and other illusions. Visually, they are absolutely beautiful and cute. The gameplay focuses on high-utility, peak-fun mechanics rather than generic, cheap status effects.
- SPHINX LORD
A divine beast with a lion's body that is magically superior to dragons. Its feet can be customized with paws, claws, or hooves, while its lower body offers standard or mermaid variants. Head options include a lion, crocodile, goat, falcon, frog, scarab, bull, monkey, ibis, jackal, hippo, or human. In battle, it unleashes laser eyes, and its campaign gameplay is driven by unique Enigma mechanics.
- AEON LUMINARY
A beautiful Archangel Paladin unit type, vaguely inspired by the Astra unit from Archon Prophecy, featuring a "7 Sins / 7 Virtues" mechanic. For example, activating the virtue of Chastity could drastically increase unit recruitment costs but make those units significantly stronger. Fallen archangels who focus solely on sins retain a beautiful, gothic aesthetic. Weapon options include a massive Laser Greatsword or a Star Shield paired with a Fire Whip. Exercising specific virtues grants the ability to generate blessed terrain on the map.
- ARCHDEMON LORD
A lord deeply focused on creative, demonic monstrosity customization, featuring hunchbacks and distinct body asymmetries. Inspired by Daniel from Warhammer, but with a much higher diversity of abominations and monsters. It features unstable mutations, offering the unique chance to create a Beholder-like entity or an extremely fat, mutated ogre demon. Its core mechanic revolves around collecting souls to generate despair, fuel its own mutations, and corrupt the surrounding realm.
