Tuning for a CS Racing exhaust

Getting a CS Racing exhaust for my 2023 CB.

Will I need to tune it? I've read that the bike can run lean with a more free flowing exhaust and don't want to burn out the valves and pistons.

Any advice?

Denza Z offers 1,604 bhp for £142k, would you take the numbers over the badge?

Some cars make you stop and read the price twice. The Denza Z is one of those, because 1,604 bhp and £142,000 don't usually appear in the same sentence unless there are several extra zeroes involved somewhere.

What we've got here is BYD's premium arm taking a proper swing at the fast end of the market with a new halo model. If you can look past the unfamiliar badge, the basic idea is easy enough to grasp: very big power, very serious intent, and a price that lands closer to established sports car money than unobtainable hypercar fantasy.

Duplicate keys

Looking to get some duplicates of the key in the image but cannot find ones that don't have the blue cover. Any ideas what I should be searching for here?

EK Civic window vents - my first big multiple parts project

I don't go to racetracks, nor need those, but wanted to design something big with multiple parts and print pauses (create problems for myself to solve), as I got my printer a few weeks ago and I really enjoy learning Fusion. Also they look cool!
First time printing ABS (as my supplier didn't have ASA), they're already sanded down and ready for epoxy primer and paint.
5 pieces in total, connected with interlocking joints and M5 bolts. The circular honeycomb meshes are printed separately and inserted with a pause in the print.

Girlfriend has worked somewhere for just over a year and was been told she is at risk of redundancy (department of 1 after her colleague suddenly gets a role changed but is still doing the same duties) ACAS have said that this is dodgy and would be actionable if sh had been there over 2 years).

She is has now been told verbally that she is being made redundant and is on gardening leave (notice period of 3 months).

Does she need a formal notice in writing that she is being made redundant or is the verbal notice from HR enough?

Trying to figure out when her gardening leave will come to an end so she can start her new job.
