Are vapes really "safer" than cigarettes?

I hope this is the right place to ask to this as I can't seem to find a good post for this. But people who vape inahle much more vapor throughout the day than a traditional cigarette smoker. I know there's so much that goes into the harm of tobacco and all that. But it gets a little obnoxious hearing people argue about what's safer when neither of them are good for you regardless.

Do want to clarify that I am not looking for validation for vaping whatsoever. Just curious on the debate considering vapes haven't existed nearly long enough for deep research studies

Got banned for a week from communication for just saying the words "hard drugs"

Crazy considering I've seen, gore, legit drug dealers, Porn etc all on reels. But I'm getting banned for speech. Is there anything else I can do aside from requesting a review? This is absolutely ridiculous 🤣

Tips for Not thinking about the pain?

I've been having sciatic and leg issues. And the pain isn't EXCRUCIATING but it's just bad enough to where I think about it nearly 24/7 trying to figure out what to do, what exactly the issue is etc. doctors have told me to exercise and manage it....but it's just so damn annoying it takes over my brain, doesnt help being a hypochondriac.

How to tell the difference between a Psoas problem and Sciatica?

Been having some issues that get worse during the day, a dull deep ache. Worse when sitting or laying in bed especially if the seat sags. Walking for a long time also agitates my hip/leg it radiates in the groin area, thigh, occasionally down to the foot if I sit really weird. Currently looking for a doc (insurance issues money blah blah) but I'm driving myself crazy thinking about it..it's not even excruciating just obnoxious.

Went from Stomach Pain to back pain.

Was struggling with stomach pain for over a year sort of worked itself out. Still have flare ups. Now I'm in constant pain and it's worse when I actually get to relax and sit down the pain is worse. I'm young so people automatically assume I'm being dramatic. Drs tell me it's musclar. I don't know what the hell it is I don't know what to do..I can't afford constant check ups and health care. Im losing my mind and I don't know what to do anymore. It's always something.

Sciatica recovery tips?

I'm 20 years old, been to the doctor for my leg. And what I'm assuming is sciatica. Radiating pain down the buttock occasionally to the foot. Tingly feeling. Radiating to groin as well. Doctor told me it's most likely muscular and that I just need to work on exercising. It doesn't hurt In the mornings most days, it typically starts at night or around 7-8 pm. And worsens when in bed or sitting down . I haven't had good posture. I wanna say ever. Slouched over in front of school computers and stuff really messed me up. Any advice or workouts or something would be amazing... YouTube videos etc. It doesn't irritate the nerve when I do exercise but I have heard people say to stretch and also not to stretch.

Is there any tips for fixing sciatic pain?

I have on and off sciatica that's worse at night before bed. Restless, pain in left buttock and groin area .. but most of the pain seems to be in my left hip and the spine a little above that. I would say it's gotten worse over the past 6 months but it's not debilitating it's just noticable and annoying.

It gets worse when I sit down especially in my bed, or in a chair that sags. Tiger balm helps relieve the pain temporarily and I was told by my doctor to "exercise" so it makes me think it's a muscle related or could be a pinched nerve. Again it's not like painful painful but more so annoying/dull and my health anxiety goes crazy whenever anything happens. I'll definitely my left leg feels weaker than my right especially when trying to lift and straighten the foot.

I've had upper back problems my whole life as I grew up overweight which definitely attributed. The nerve part is just so obnoxious and any tips on diagnosing or ways to help/exercise... Anything helps.

I feel so weird talking to some people.

I constantly always feel like when I'm mid conversation and there's a quiet point or I dont know what to say that the other person thinks in weird or unsociable.. I don't know how to work on it. I wouldn't say going out and doing things makes me nervous or anything I work in customer service. It's just conversing feels like a chore sometimes and it makes me very self conscious. Any tips for this? Helping not care about others like that etc.

REI manager ridiculed me for using my earned sick time.

Is this a reportable situation? I feel completely disrespected. Manager told me they are disappointed in me and I am letting everyone down.... Why are we guilt tripping an employee for being in pain. Why is it anyone's business what I'm using my hard earned sick time for? Even though I explicitly told them my reasoning.

I have a bit of an interesting question

Has anyone had radiating pain towards the groin on the same side as the hurt leg. I keep freaking myself out especially at night or when I'm laying down. But I keep reading sciatica is mostly in the back of the leg and buttock but I get it down the back and it radiates the front of my thigh and inner groin. I haven't the insurance to go to a doctor as of yet.... Working that out now but any advice for easing pain or anything would be great especially at night time.

Any advice on quitting red maeng da.

I'm just looking for a way to tapert capsules properly. I see tapering guides but they same to be for people taking huge amounts. I've been on red vein capsules about 10 ish grams a day give it take for a little over a year. I find it hard to quit with work and school. I don't have time to suffer without potentially losing my job.

Is switching to another vein to ease withdrawals a thing? Ive been suggested subs which is crazy to me as it's extremely hard to get off of. Some people taking decades to do so. Any tips help I figured this is a good community to reach out to!

So I started clarinet back in January. Been getting better and better, I have an E11 intermediate Buffet Champion. With a vandoren paris mouthpiece. And a rubbery? Ligature.

I love the way it sounds but I was just wondering if I should invest in different mouth pieces or ligatures for a different sound. I know reeds produce different qualities of sound and was just trying to see what other most likely more qualified clarinetists would think..
