Do I stick it out?
Hello! I'm trying the 16:8 IF. I'm on day 3 and I just feel ill.. is this normal? I have headaches, feel sick and dizzy. Even after I've eaten. I'm only sticking it out as my partner is getting good results and just interested to see my body reacts.
However, I wondered if anyone else has felt like this? Does it subside?
I'm only skipping breakfast and eating between 12pm-8pm. So thinking it's wild that I feel like this after skipping one meal! I also eat a decent diet, mostly wholefoods and a good amount of protein.
