Pelvic burning after negative test - TTC

My husband and I recently completed a 14 day cycle of doxycycline and both tested negative for ureaplasma, however, about two weeks after testing negative (symptoms disappeared fully upon completing doxycycline), my symptoms returned, primarily extreme pelvic inflammation/discomfort. I never had any urinary symptoms with it, just pelvic inflammation. I believe undiagnosed ureaplasma contributed to multiple pregnancy losses in my past and were about to try to conceive again now that we both got negative tests, however, the lingering symptoms have me terrified that it’s not truly gone. Has anyone been reinfected despite both partners testing negative?

Low AMH, 3 losses.. need success stories before turning to IVF

Ive had 3 losses in the last year, 2025 was a stillbirth at 27 weeks, baby was chromosomally normal. Then 3 months later I had a chemical pregnancy and then a MMC at 8 weeks (stopped growing at 6 weeks). We went to a fertility clinic after the last loss to do a recurrent pregnancy loss panel and to consider IVF for PGTA testing. Everything came back normal except for surprisingly low AMH and AFC. I’m 36 with an AMH of .29 and AFC of 2. Knowing I’ll most likely need multiple egg retrievals to get an embryo given my AMH and we only want one child, we really don’t want to go down this path but are afraid of another loss.

Mini-stim success? Low AMH & AFC

Hi all, we were already feeling discouraged after learning that I have an AMH of .29, AFC of 2, FSH 12, and when we just spoke to our doctor to discuss protocol, she did not seem hopeful that IVF is going to work for us. We are taking all of the supplements, acupuncture weekly and anything else to help increase odds of a successful retrieval. She recommended a mini-stim to start. Now we're wondering if IVF is going to even work for us?

Low AMH & AFC - how many retrievals? TW: pregnancy loss

Hi all, we just started the IVF process because of the genetic testing component after having three pregnancy losses in one year. To our surprise, I have an AMH of .29 and AFC of 2. We were shocked by these numbers as were the nurses, because we’ve been able to get pregnant each attempt. I’d love to know how many retrievals were needed for those with numbers as low as mine? We only want one child, but ideally two embryos (PGT-A tested).
