Adhd medication doesnt seem to quiet my thoughts like everyone else

Diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD in first grade. medicated since 3rd. went a few years off any meds so i know what thats like. But I always hear of people getting relief from their thoughts shutting up . I dont seem to get that relief, or if i do its not enough. Regardless of meds i am still filled with thoughts and its so annoying. does anyone else experience this?? meds dont seem to help me as much as others. Ive considered trying the non stimulants but my problem is that i forget to take medications sometimes and i dont wanna deal with withdrawals.

Left loosey righty tighty

i never hear anyone talk about this specifically even people who say they have a hard time with left and right never complain about this specifically. idk if this is specific for dyslexia or a learning disorder but i dont have a hard time with left and right cuz i know i write with my right hand, but i have a hard time with lefty loosy righty tighty because the object is going both directions no matter which way you spin it. sometimes i remember through muscle memory, sometimes i can remember that the direction is about the way the top of the object is going, but regardless its going in a circle and I get messed up. even if i think about it like clockwise or counterclockwise, i can visualize the way a clock tics but if you turn the object upside down and flip it around or away from me i have no fucking idea.

fear of losing diagnosis during an evaluation

Im not afraid of not getting diagnosed with anything new, But i am afraid of them taking away previous diagnosis’s. Has anyone experienced this, other than just removing a redundant one in place of another. And has anyone had the same fears.

Can you make yourself hyper focus on whatever you want?

When seeing ADHD people online who were good or great at school talk about how they did it, a few people said they would make themselves hyper focus or hyperfixate on every class. I compared this to my experience and I cant relate, (though i also have other neurodevelopment disorders that might skew my personal experience with ADHD) . I also wonder if these people could just be possibly in the gifted range of intelligence, because in my experience I can’t force myself to “hyperfocus” on stuff thats not what im interested in for too long, or quickly switch my hyperfocus from one thing to another, without burning out in general or losing my ability to pay attention as much as before. So I always felt like paying attention in class was the most difficult for me. Also hyperfixations feel like something that happens to me, not something that I control. What do you guys think? can you or were you able to forcibly hyper focus? Did this ever burn you out? And in school what symptoms where the most impairing, was paying attention in class, or other executive dysfunctions like procrastination and organization? For me I think ability to focus in class was the absolute most impairing. But I also think this couldve been heightened because of anxiety, sensory issues and difficulty with transitions.

Side note I just dont think its possible at all to force a hyperfixation, similar to the concept of forcing a special interest in autism . I met someone who said that they where made fun of for things so they forced themselves to have a socially acceptable special interest. That was confusing to me before, but now im like that sounds like masking haha

Unspecified Neurodevelopmental Disorder and feeling different

Ive always known I had inattentive ADHD but realized that i have some diagnoses that i didnt know i had. One being Unspecified Neurodevelopmental disorder. The other being Social pragmatic communication disorder. UNDD is super vague and suddenly i feel like that must be why I always felt slightly different from even those with ADHD, even the ones that I could sense with my radar. I always thought it was just that i had abnormally severe inattentive adhd. Does anyone else with UNDD feel different from others in a way you cant quite pin point, and in what ways do you feel different. Or have you met people you could really see yourself in.

Should I go for a 28C/D with a non stretch extender if im a 30C (actually 28.5)

My measurements are
Loose Underbust: 29 , Snug Underbust :28.5 , TightUnderbust:27 , StandingBust: 32 , LeaningBust:32.5 , LayingBust:31
and it came out to a 30C.
I havent worn actual bras other than “small” size sports bras for like 7 years and I used to also wear bralettes, but would a non stretch extender make sense if I tried a 28C/D because I feel like a 30 might be too loose if its 1-1.5 inches loose. I feel like I might be an in between size.

I also think I might be shallow projection and wide roots, does that make sense with the measurements since it doesnt change much when I leave over

wait for people to get off the bus

im new to taking the bus, ive always just taken the train and subway systems. There are a lot of rules about taking the bus that Im still learning. But there is one rule that i thought was common sense or at least the most common universally known etiquette rule which is wait for passengers to get off first. Ive never personally had this issue with the T even when there is a rush. But at least on the bus that i take, i feel like i have to be pressed up against the glass and jump out and hope i dont land ON somebody in order to get off. a little bit of an exaggeration but also its true.
many times, No one even leaves room for you to get off. and god forbid youre behind a group of people getting off, by the time its your turn, youre already swimming against a current of people fighting to get on. Im about ready to start throwing hands.
if you had the ability to have common sense wouldnt you think it would be better to let everyone off FIRST just so that the bus is not DOUBLE PACKED and everyone is climbing over you??
I understand the anxiety of missing the bus but like come on is the bus driver really taking off with a group of people clearly standing there? Ive literally had to shove people out of the way, i dont care, you do not need to get on the bus any more than I need to get off the bus.

The problem with the bisexual cheating stereotype

Sorry about this negative post, but I want to talk about a biphobia that ive NEVER heard anyone talk about. I dont even know if polyphobia is an established word but im going to use it. I hear a lot of drama about whats biphobic especially recently as per usual, but the one thing that i really think IS BIPHOBIC and no one talks about is the fact the known biphobic “cheating stereotype” (which everyone knows is biphobic) leads people desperate for hetero monogamous acceptance to tell you to shut your mouth when you state that you wouldnt be personally satisfied in life with only one gender in a relationship.

For a long time bisexuals feel the need to essentially clarify “just because i like both doesnt mean i would need both at the same time” (because that would be bad, right?) Whenever there is someone online saying they would like a boyfriend and a girlfriend people rush to tell them to shut up because its “not helping the stereotype against us”

WHEN can bisexuals be comfortable saying they would like both at the same time? Obviously you can do that without cheating.

when bisexuals state that having both at the same time is something they desire, people will also say
“ we dont need to know about your sex life/ sexual fantasies” as if its some sort of degenerate and freaky information. it is the exact same thing homophobes say to homosexuals talking about their desire to be with the same sex. It is an intersection between biphobia and polyphobia.

bisexuality itself regardless of if youre poly or mono is a direct threat to the monogamous ideals that society runs on and thats one of the reasons why people are biphobic.
