EC3-CW freezing for 2 seconds

Had my mouse since December 2023
Haven't had a single problem with it until now.
Every 30 minutes or so, it freezes for 2 seconds.
Nothing changed, it just started out of nowhere.
Using the enhanced receiver, plugged into my Corsair Strafe keyboard.

Wireless headphones - Help

Hello fellas
I've had enough of wired headphones and its time to go wireless.
I know nothing about headphones so would like some help and suggestions.
My 2 main concerns are lag and battery life.
I'm currently using the HyperX Cloud II.
Been using them since 2017, and bought the updated model in 2022 after my dog chewed the wire on the first pair.
I don't have anything bad to say about them when it comes to quality, they've been very solid.
Would like to keep it bellow $300 if possible.
Should I go for the Cloud III Wireless?
I tried my brother's wired Cloud III and its pretty nice. I assume the wireless would be similar.
They cost $210 in my country, but I have a chance to get them for $130 in the duty free.
My main activity is gaming, mostly FPS games.
Would be nice to have long battery life and surround sound.
As for design, I really like the closed design of the Cloud II.
I don't have any audio device (I believe its DAC?), just plugging them to the motherboard.
I'm open for suggestions.

Finally arrived

Starting to look like a collection now lol.
Still shocked I was actually able to order a Garage tool and its all thanks to you guys here.
Been looking for a used Crunch for over a year now, and I only came across one Facebook listing for $400.
This thing goes right on my belt next to my Arc.

RivaTuner always shows up when Nvidia's Instant Replay is on

Hello guys
I have a problem with RivaTuner that started when I updated my drivers.
If I have Instant Replay on, which I always do, I just leave it on, RivaTuner will always show stats in the corner, even in the desktop.
I always had Instant Replay on, but now RivaTuner recognizes it as a game and always shows stats (GPU, CPU, RAM etc) all of the time.
When I press ALT+Z it also shows up in the corner, right on the Nvidia overlay.
Is there a way to fix this?

Home server setup - first timer, need help

Hello fellas
I have 2 spare PCs lying around so I thought why not set up a home server
First PC is my old i5 3550, 16gb ram, gtx 650 system
Second one is a 6700k 32gb ram 1070Ti I bought for cheap.
I assume the server would benefit from more cores so I might use the 6700k build, as it also has more ram.
I want to use it as a server for storage.
I know the GPU is useless so I'll take it out.
I have three 1tb HDDs and a 2tb HDD which I took out of my PC since I bought a 6tb HDD so thought I'd use them as separate drives in the server.
Is that possible?
I don't want to RAID them, just separate drives as I won't be the only one that uses this server.
I saw a few videos and looked online but any feedback here would be highly appreciative.
I understand that Linux is the way to go but like I said, I'd like to hear some opinions.

Buds Pro 1 replacement

Had them for 5 years. Switched to the s23u in January, and they've been acting up ever since. Lately, it takes a bit of play to get them to charge. They also lag every 5 minutes, and the battery is not that great but still fine. Should I go for the Pro 3 or Pro 4? ANC is a must, so the regular models are out of the picture.

Netac 4TB SSD for $400 - Worth it?

Been wanting to upgrade my storage for quite some time now.
Prices are insane but I found a cheap solution, at least I think so.
A company called Netac from Aliexpress.
Its way cheaper than what's been going on in my country.
4TB NVME 7,400MB/s for $400.
Cheapest 4TB NVME in my country is the SN5000 and its 5,500MB/s for $550.
Should I buy that Netac drive?
I have 7 drives and I'm tired of this setup.
500GB 970 Evo boot drive
1TB 980 Pro
x3 1TB WD Blue HDDs from 2012, 2017 and 2017
2TB Seagate BarraCuda HDD
And my old 240GB A400 boot drive which I don't use
My case only has room for 2 HDDs and I have 4, so the other 2 are sitting awkwardly beneath my 3080, which isn't really optimal.
My PC is my family's go to backup PC, plus I have a lot of other stuff like old pictures and videos, which is why I need a high capacity drive.
I have 3 NVME slots on my motherboard (z490 Vision G) but since I have a 10900k, only 2 are usable.
My plan is to use the 1TB 980 Pro as my new boot drive, use the 4TB drive for everything else and keep the 2TB Seagate drive.
The rest of the drives will not be used anymore.

Used Logitech G920 vs PXN V9 for Forza Horizon

Hello fellas
I've been thinking about getting a wheel to play Forza Horizon and maybe other racing games too.
I don't want to spend too much so I resorted to Facebook Marketplace
I found the Logitech G920 with a shifter and a PXN V9 with a shifter for the same price.
Which one should I go for?
I know nothing about those things, just want to enjoy Forza with a steering wheel because I thought it would be cool
Should I go for the Logitech or for the PXN?
Would be nice to have something good, even though its just for fun.
I already have a triple monitor setup so a wheel seems like a nice addition.

3080 12gb FTW3 Ultra thermal pads mod

Been playing with this card for a week now.
Temps are super solid, 65-70c under a full load, around 60c after a nice undervolt.
I noticed the space between the PCB and the backplate is empty.
Can I mod it and add some thermal pads?
I don't think I need to replace the paste and pads just yet but adding pads between the PCB and backplate does sounds like a good idea, especially with that big-ass backplate.
Will that help? Is it worth it?

Bought this card used last week.
Been messing around with it and I'm beyond impressed.
I knew EVGA was on another level but holy shit.
This thing can draw 440w while staying at 75c while my 2080 AORUS was drawing 250w and was hitting 83c with a custom fan curve and a pretty aggressive undervolt.
I played Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p with maxed out settings but I keep getting the "PWR LMT" message in Afterburner, even with the power limit and temp limit maxed out.
Can I do something about it?
It happens only in Cyberpunk, only if I play without DLSS.
I played FH5 at 1080p and 4k with maxed out settings and I wasn't getting that message.
Also, the card was at 400w on Cyberpunk but 440w on FH5 and I wasn't getting that message.
How is that possible?

Been looking for the 12gb 3080 for a while now
People are asking ridiculous prices for them.
Anywhere from $680 all the way $800 in my country.
I found one for $440. Posted 10 minutes ago. 50 minutes later I was at this dude's house.
Passed every test with flying colors.
Ironically, I just installed (as in 9 hours ago) the 3070 Aorus I bought 2 days ago lol
The vram on my 2080 Aorus is dying and starting to cause problems.
If it wasn’t dying, I'd gladly use it for a few more years.
But a 3080 12gb FTW3 for $440 is insane.
