Has Kepos helped anyone with SIBO?

I've seen some adds lately and I was wondering if there any success stories with Kepos or something similar?

Books For Releasers - Pt. 1

In this post, I'm seeking to list those Books by Lester Levenson and his Disciples on the Subject of Releasing

Here Goes

There are quite a few others

maybe we can list them here

With the permission of the group, I'm planning a Part 2 that will include books on Releasing or Letting Go that are "outside" Lester's Orbit

Acceptance Vs. Peace?

I may be missing something...

When I feel total Acceptance

I experience Peace.

So How do these 2 Emotions Differ?

And yes, I could let go of figuring this out.😁

Where does 1 Begin?

Any guidelines on where to begin learning Dr. David Hawkins Teachings?

While I have a modest background, I'd prefer to start from the beginning

I find that that eern taking a lot of B12 Sublinguals does little

I took a shot last week

How frequently do I need to take B12 shots? Is there a way to compute that? Or a way to determine deficiencies until I get the dosing right?

Has anyone had any degree of success using a Dietician or a Nutritionist to address their Dysautonomia and its symptoms?

I posted a similar query in a long covid reddit

Has anyone had any degree of success using a Dietician or Nutritionist to address their Long Haul Covid?

Edit A Dietician who had wanted to help me get passed my IBS / SIBO around a year ago, asked me how I am. Before responding, I wanted to find out if she might be helpful for the Long Haul Covid Stuff. Otherwise I probably would not bother.

Since hm1949 found it helpful, I became curioser😊.
