do these look a little small?

first time growing pans, can’t tell if these are ready to harvest or not. haven’t seen any spores or anything

So this is first time growing pan cyans and i’m following gordotek. this is day 8 post casing and i finally found my first tiny little pin today. shouldn’t i be seeing pins all over at this point? any tips appreciated

this is about 6 days after pins first emerged. I’ve noticed they’re not getting much taller for the past day or so but the fuzzy feet have grown and more caps have turned blue. Wondering if there’s anything wrong with these?

S2B about a week and a half ago and put a pseudo casing layer for the first time about 1/4 inch thick. I haven’t yet introduced fruiting conditions however i’m seeing pins before full colonization. any tips?
