Joking I’m not going or would I bring that but I had a buddy giving me crap for striping the parts on my lower to paint it traditional green. It was a bad choice of color so I had a can of key lime bright green went and got yellow and tried the comic or borderland look and kept going just to make it ridiculous cause I was like you don’t think I can paint a barrel ans everything I’ll make It look so stupid you won’t question if there might be some Paint there buddy.

Long time admirer. I enjoy everyone’s guns they share. The sun had a nice cast this evening so I thought I’d share mine. Question what you all run to lune the two rods that the action runs back and forth. Most gun oil doesn’t really hang with it. But I used lubriplate. It’s an assembly grease that’s not really thick or heavy. I was wondering what points you all grease or oil and what’s everyone’s go to ?

My second attempt at a multicam black without the multicam. So a buddy who happens to run the only decent gun shop within a hour drive. He was sighting in some guns and he kinda dug the rail covers and optic I did asked If I could paint his parts a couple mags a pistol grip ans a vertical foregrip. Mine went smoothly so should his right. I was getting frustrated with the way the dish soap was not running the same way different contours and well day one sucked. I got to close on my black ove it all and it made me a lot more careful on pattern and distance from the parts. The Kung fu grip sucks on this method cause all the little textures hold the soap or paint and you lose your pattern. I went in at the end spraying in a Dixie cup and brushing them in. All In all I think I’m okay with the outcome. But it’s also not my firearm. He says he likes it and that was the goal. I guess I’m not sure of a better method unless someone just throws it out there. Cause I plan on doing a few more things for myself at least. Have a great weekend everyone. Celebrate our freedom. Teach a kid to shoot they Are our future.

The colors are pretty close for two cheap rattle cans. I like how we have these subtle green accents without just going green. Pretty proud of it.

I was bored and decided to cover up that stupid holosun logo and wanted to see what I could come up with to match the furniture. I painted the rail covers and optic just about a hour ago. I think it turned out decent. I just used rustoleum camo flat Forrest green. And went to flat black rustoleum from dollar general. Only stencil is a step of the dish drizzle and rinse. One step then green rinse. Then hit it with the soap again and the flat black. Kinda too easy to be this content today

Two Vortex Vipers cowitness and they don’t starburst like a lot of ones I’ve used in the past. I think they turned out very well and they are very accurate for no barrel than I have here. Thanks for looking I like sharing. Kinda proud of them.
