$5500. I’ve been looking for a car thats good on gas and is somewhat fun to drive. The 251k miles is throwing me off though, otherwise i would have no hesitations buying this. If it has a good and thorough service history should I pull the trigger? Should I still check it out even if the service history is spotty?
Seller also said that it needs intake sensors and tire sensors. Should I be worried that it’s lowered and AWD?
This car has a fuse box where all the relays are soldered in and cant be removed. Im wondering what the easiest way is to DIY a kill switch in this car. Any advice appreciated.
Just bought myself a g37 and first thing i need to do is install a killswitch and obd2 lock. What kill switch do you guys recommend? Wired? Wireless? Cut power to fuel pump or starter or something else? What brand killswitch?
Edit: also, should i go with a physical steel obd lock or somehow electronically disable it? Thanks
Im looking at buying this g37x because its a good deal. I’ve just always loved the black interior on any car and I’m struggling to get myself to like the tan/beige interior. Does anyone here like this interior? Convince me to buy it or convince me to pass.
I really love these cars and am looking to get my first car within a few weeks and have been doing a lot of research on g35/g37. My main concern is how often these things get stolen and the sheer number of salvage title vq’s on the market. I need a reliable car and it needs to be fully insured, so my question to you guys is, is it worth picking up a salvage title g37 due to theft/vandalism and fixing it to be a rebuilt title? Is that even how that works? I’m looking to buy from a private party and more often than not these cars hold a salvage title which is why i’m asking about it. Any advice would be great.
