Interested in learning about armpit pull through method gyno surgery. I like the idea of no scars on the nipples but I was told by a surgeon that there is higher complications with this method.
I have read that herpes reactions can happen after TCA Cross, anyone had that experience?
I read on the internet that TCA Cross can cause the virus to wake up and cause an outbreak and spread to a bacterial infection if I have a history of herpes simplex in the past. I really want to use TCA Cross to try and fix this blackhead hole scar but I am scared I could get more scarring from an outbreak on my face. I would be using it on the forehead and I don't know if it could outbreak there but I have heard it can spread anywhere or maybe it reactivates on my lip and gets really bad. What should I do?
I am 20-30 pounds overweight. I want to get super ripped and learn and go to the gym but I get depressed looking at the gyno on my pec. If I got the gyno removed I would be hitting the gym and jogging as much as possible. Is it in my best interest to get in the best shape as possible before surgery or it does not make much of a difference?

I used to have a flat chiseled chest all my life. I gained some weight bulking while lifting weights, used Nizoral shampoo and took some Testosterone boosters from the vitamin store. I don't know how I got the gyno but I'm guessing it was one of those 3 factors. I want to have a body builder sculpted chest and this little bit of meat on my chest that I can grab and feel is really bothering me. If I ask my friend if my chest looks normal they say yes. I really need to get rid of this deep pore hole on nose... it looks different than all my other pores.
When I touch them they basically fall off or the odd one is stuck on I peel it off. It is never itchy. It's a tiny bit red underneath. I also have it on my mustache too. Whenever I had a clean shaven face I never had this. Is this Seb Derm or something else? I do get flakes on my scalp too but I only notice it's worse when I have long hair compared to short hair.

I have gynecomastia on one pec for sure. It looks different than my other pec. My pec looks really normal. I am trying to decide if I should have unilateral or bilateral gynecomastia surgery. I am grabbing the pec that looks normal and I can grab a disc like harder mass underneath the nipple but I really have to press hard and grab deep to feel it. My other is easier to grab it's a chunk that feels bumpy. Can a normal pec have a gland that is possible to grab or even the pec that looks normal has a gynecomastia mass underneath it and I should get bilateral surgery just to make sure everything is even?
