Greek salad for meal prep
we all need to eat healthy on nightshift. so this week's healthy non lettuce salad is my Greek salad. cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, green onions, basil, Italian parsley, prosciutto, feta, smoky cheddar, creamy gouda, hominy, chickpeas, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil with salt and pepper to taste

What mushroom is this? PNW Oregon Coast
Found this on the Oregon Coast, Coos Bay this morning along a gravel trail edge that meets moss. didn't find a stem, it was probably kicked by someone walking. I just found on top of mossy ground.
