My ZDX died and my dealer can’t fix it. Can I get out of my lease?
My 2024 Acura ZDX finally died and my dealer is of little help. During a recent drive to work my car started exhibiting some bizarre behavior. My dashboard began flashing one warning light after another, and a red check engine light with a red exclamation point through the middle? (Picture attached)I Googled the warning light which stated I should not drive the car for risk of a complete power shutdown!
When I called my dealer, the real saga began. I was told that Acura’s and GM’s network to repair every EV model was down! Long story short, I had my ZDX flatbed to my dealer, and my ZDX is now sitting on the dealers lot waiting for the service network to be restored. I have a loaner and would like advice as to my options! I would love to get out of my lease which has approximately 15 months remaining. Any lawyers out there? Thank you for any input.
