Why doesn’t ash just spam turrets?

Hell he also made two he just ignored although I guess they were damaged or destroyed.

It just doesn’t make sense for him to say it was worth rushing to get and then not think it was too useful?

Not up to date on latest chapters if he does.

New to the expanse and confused about artificial gravity in general?

I’m new to the expanse only watched the first couple(like 10) episodes. The wiki and some other posts I found said that ceres was spun which I understand but that brings more questions. The ships that don’t rely on constant acceleration for gravity rely on spin gravity as shown by the stolen Martian ship. If that’s the case then how do either maintain their gravity while docked. They seem to mostly dock belly down so it’s not like half the ship is the habitable area that they can face away to match it especially since all bare minimum face away from the drive to use the acceleration gravity as well.

It’s just confusing ok?

Edit:most one my confusion has been answered but there’s been some confusion on my questions on ceres relation and docking with spin gravity. Most ships seemed to dock belly down in the show which with ceres having spin gravity or if it was docking to something else with spin gravity wouldn’t match with the gravity direction from their drive acceleration so it would be the wrong direction. With a station they wouldn’t have to dock to a spinning part but what about ceres?
