Emperor Garbby was once a normal, kind being who lived without ambition for conquest, but over time curiosity shifted into experimentation, and experimentation slowly became enjoyment of harm until violence turned into a habit that consumed him, erasing his original personality and replacing it with a growing threat to the universe long before any of our main characters were involved. The Council of the Universe, a governing body made up of powerful beings from many species including humans, eventually recognized how dangerous he had become and began monitoring him as his actions escalated across countless worlds. During this time Garbby encountered a prophecy but only heard half of it, learning that a group from across the universe would one day be responsible for his downfall, and this incomplete knowledge became an obsession that distorted his perception of reality and made him see patterns of alliances and cooperation everywhere as signs of that future threat forming. In an attempt to prevent what he believed was inevitable, he launched a large scale massacre across multiple worlds, which forced the Council to intervene using the Universal Star, a powerful artifact capable of enforcing cosmic balance, and they sealed him within a time space chamber instead of destroying him. Inside the chamber, he was expected to die, but his hate for all the species kept him alive while his body and mind were warped by unstable reality, transforming him into his true self, Emperor Garbby, a distorted cosmic being shaped by isolation and time space corruption, and in this state he continues to exist as a feared entity within the universe, still driven by his fractured interpretation of the prophecy and the consequences of what he once was.

they are 2 entities sharing one body. They constantly have fights over control, but respect each other just the same. They were twins in my lore, and they wanted to fight the tyrannical entity, before being split up and picked off one by one. Then they decided as a last resort, to transfer themselves into this robot, but the entity managed to partially erase their memories. They are salesmen Who sell weird things such as pickled eye balls, shriveled cabbage, prawn Gun and glitterbombs
I’m working on a horror story centered around a slasher called “Cleo and Clyde.” The idea is that Cleo is the physical person, while “Clyde” is a separate identity tied to the mask they wear. I’m still early in the process, but I want this to be more than just a typical slasher and lean more into something character-driven. Right now I’m trying to figure out how to make the dual-identity aspect feel meaningful. I’m not sure whether it should come across as psychological (like a fractured identity) or something more supernatural, where the mask itself has influence or control. I also haven’t settled on a backstory yet, and I want to avoid something that feels too predictable. Another thing I’m unsure about is tone. Part of me wants to go for something dark and unsettling, but I’m also considering whether a more stylized or experimental tone would fit the concept better. I’d really appreciate hearing how others would approach developing something like this, especially in terms of tone and backstories!
This is an asymmetrical PvP game where one player is randomly chosen to become the killer, while the rest play as survivors. The survivors’ main objective is to stay alive until the timer runs out, using teamwork, stealth, and smart movement to avoid the killer. Once the timer ends, an extraction ship arrives, and survivors must quickly make their way to it in order to escape back to the lobby. If they are caught before the timer ends or fail to reach the ship in time, they lose the match. The game centers around an ancient eldritch entity known as Father Nature, a powerful being that once loved and nurtured the Earth. However, as humanity continued to damage and exploit the planet, Father Nature’s affection turned into rage. In response, it unleashed terrifying monsters across the world, leading to the deaths of nearly four billion people within just two days. In desperation, the remaining human population established emergency evacuation systems to escape the chaos. There is a mastery system for both killers and survivor classes, giving each class lore-related quests which reward unique skins. Some skins are higher quality than others, featuring custom voice lines, animations, and enhanced visual effects.
so I’m making a book about a slasher called Cleo and Clyde. cleo is the main body, while Clyde is in the mask. I have thought of anything else though. please help me out. I also need help in understanding which tone i should go for.
