Hi everyone,

I'm really ashamed to ask for help, but I don't know what else to do.

My dad passed away last year, and ever since then our family has been struggling financially. In January, my mom became seriously ill. She was diagnosed with typhoid, had liver-related complications, and abnormal bleeding. She needed medical treatment immediately.

Since we had no savings, I had to pay for her treatment using my credit card. I don't have a job right now, and I haven't been able to repay the credit card for the last three months. The amount has now grown to around ₹21,000, and the debt is becoming overwhelming.

On top of that, the bank's collection agents have been calling me constantly and have also been visiting our home frequently to demand payment. The constant pressure has taken away what little peace of mind we had left while we're still grieving my father's passing and trying to care for my mom. It's been extremely stressful and frightening for our family.
