Do you use individual stem supports?

So far I’ve just been using 12in plant cages but my peonies are too tall and heavy. It makes me sad when the biggest blooms start to droop as they bloom, but I have a ton of them so it seems a little extreme to be propping up every single tall bloom. Are tomatoes cages a better bet? See this one laying on a nearby bench, poor thing. 😂

Once again politicians who have never faced the horrific decision to terminate a wanted pregnancy are trying to criminalize the safest medical procedure for 2nd trimester terminations. Incredibly insulting to assume that ending a pregnancy is a decision that’s taken callously and selfishly - we know firsthand it’s heart-wrenching and very often made to prevent future suffering for our little ones that wouldn’t survive or would experience significant health complications that would limit their quality of life. Having gone through this awful decision, I can’t imagine having to consider the legality of making the best health decision for myself & my child. I’ll be reaching out to these reps, I hope others do too.

Outrageously excited for my first season in a new house with peonies

I’ve been monitoring them daily for weeks! Nothing compares to the thrill of seeing them start to bloom. So grateful for the previous homeowner who planted hundreds of these beauties! 😍
